This was a great location until recent practices have started increasing prices >10% yearly making the location unsustainable.

Had been colo hosting my server box with them for almost 15 years, since they opened, before they even moved to this location. Recently they sent me a very rude email telling me that they were simply terminating my contract, and if I wanted the "right" to remain there, they would be renegotiating my contract for literally quadruple the price I had been paying. I spoke with Todd in the billing dept, the one who emailed me, and he gave me no respect and wouldn't budge on the price.
Also the last few times I submitted a support ticket, the people handling those had been ignorant of usual procedures and unprofessional.
The facility is great, though.

I have been with this data center for over 7 years and had the pleasure of visiting the center. As a QSA auditor for the PCI-PSA I have to say this datacenter is top notch and they follow all security protocols. I was very impressed. The IT support is beyond reproach, during the 7 years I cannot recall any substantial outage, I feel they were up well over 99.9 %. But... my only issue is that consider your gear to be on a one way trip, since there is no process in place that will make easy to retrieve equipment you are on your own. I myself had to fly to the datacenter to retrieve our servers.

I have been using these guys since 2010, they've been amazing. Amazing uptime, great availability, and always great communication with any upcoming maintenance tasks. The price has always been very competitive as well.

I am revising my review based on a follow-up phone call from Pete. While it was frustrating trying to reach someone, much of the problem arose from how our account was set up by a former employee. They have done their best to correct the situation and I appreciate their effort and good will. Based on their remedy of the situation, I can recommend New Continuum.Completely unacceptable tech support when we needed to get control of our account. It took 3 phone calls and 2 unanswered messages to get a person on the phone. Days went by while we waited for someone to call back so we could remove a former key employee from the account and deny access to this person. Not acceptable.

We have been a colocation customer of Continuum for the last six years and it's been a good experience for us. The support personnel have been always responsive and management is friendly and acoommodating. The network issues that they experienced close to a year ago have been addressed. I am writing this to clear up any confusion and doubt someone might have from the past reviews here.

When new management took over it was a big uphill battle for them. This time last year we had numerous network issues and outages, but then they hired new staff (Victor, Austin, and Darrell!!!!) and dropped in new hardware and they are rock solid. This is NOT the same datacenter that it was last year. Do NOT make your decision to do business with them based on old reviews. This literally is the NEW Continuum.

I've been using New Continuum Data Center for close to 6 months. Service and internet is stable. Their facility can handle an nuclear fallout. Most importantly; whenever I request support, they respond and resolve my issues promptly. Currently we have two racks, so in the future we hope to continue with them with our expansion.

I have had a great experience with New Continuum datacenter. Myself have three racks there and will be expanding. Their new facility in West Chicago is top notch and a massive improvement over the old one. And the staff have been knowledgeable and willing to help along the way.

We have a few customers that we have moved into New Continuum to satisfy BC/DR scenarios. We have been very happy with the facilities and support we have received (initial setup, remote hands, good communication). The network has been improved over the last six months, the technicians are flexible in supporting remote troubleshooting, and the billing is simple and able to be customized with the right services depending on customer need.
