I always go because the meat is good, the chicharrón that I almost never had enough but what I don't buy again are their tamales I don't know if they bring them or roast them there but the sweet one had a cumin flavor the chili ones
and they are not like one who wants to eat a good tamale

Very unpleasant with its consommé and its Menudo, it was recommended to me but I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I seriously don't know if the owner doesn't pay attention to what they sell or they just care about nothing because they already have customers but it's my first time there and The Menudo and Consommé were very unpleasant. I do not recommend Guacala.

This place is great for buying fresh meat. Been coming here for years. I would give it a 5 stars but I just recently purchased arrachera and ordered 13 pounds but I didn’t even get 10 pounds when I weighed it, it was 9.8. I know they clean it but I thought 3 pounds was a little excessive.

Well honestly I go for the often and the bolillos but everything seems to be fresh, very clean tidy and very good attention, the only thing that if maybe they could improve is the loose chorizo and the roasted chickens are very expensive because anywhere else even in the Sam's that are very large and tasty cost much less
