Every time I leave I leave supper happy with my purchase and always end up coming back. Recently bought this “Hits Blunt” brand Vape and it might be my new favorite highly recommend!”

“Five stars isn't enough for this place. I've been to a lot of glass shops over the years, and this one is in a league of its own. The selection is incredible, everything from affordable everyday pieces to genuinely stunning heady glass from local artists that you won't find anywhere else. The display cases alone are worth the trip.
What really sets it apart is the staff. Zero pretension, endlessly patient, and actually knowledgeable. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and instead of pushing me toward the most expensive thing on the shelf, they asked good questions and walked me to a piece that fit my budget perfectly. It's held up beautifully.
The shop itself is clean, well-lit, and organized, no cluttered chaos like some places. Prices are fair, they stand behind what they sell, and they clearly care about supporting glass artists, AND THEY'VE A POOL TABLE!!!
This is my go-to spot now, full stop. If you're anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out.”

“I had a really bad experience here about 10 years ago, so I went to other local shops until they all told me the coil I needed was discontinued, so I hesitantly went back here. I went in not expecting much but everyone was super helpful and nice. I've been buying my vape accessories there since and the employees are not only very helpful, you can tell they care and not to mention how friendly and welcoming they are. I stopped in today because my ancient mod finally died, (I wish I got his name) but he went above and beyond to try to work with it first which it was ultimately dead. He then gave personal opinions and different choices on a new mod set. Taking that extra time shows that customer service isn't dead. They have a customer for life. There is a also a young women that works there who is always happy and you can tell she loves her job and helping people. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for all do!!!!”

“Update as of 6/4/2026: Came back to the store today to see if the products I have been unable to find elsewhere might be carried here. I was reluctant (refer to previous review), but decided to go anyway. What a complete turnaround. Sameer was incredible. He took the time to make sure that every product I purchased was correct and worked properly with the products I purchased them for. He went above and beyond which aligns with what I remember my experiences to be when I first began patronizing this vape shop. In 2022. I hope that the store will continue to hire employees like him in the future! So happy to have my favorite store back! Thanks Sameer!
Oh how the mighty have fallen. I had to come back and change my rating because every time I’ve returned to this place and a particular worker is there, my experience is trash. I currently live 6 1/2 hours away from this place and can only shop here when I’m in town visiting family on the south side of Chicago. I make the trip even further to the burbs to visit friends and shop at other stores unique to the area. I always come here because the prices are still great and there’s usually something great I can return home with that no one else will have and I like that exclusivity. In order to find those items, I usually have to set aside about 20-30 mins to browse and see what new things they have added to their inventory. The aforementioned worker seems to be especially annoyed by this action and has no problem showing his disdain. I often come prepared to purchase multiple large ticket items (bongs, vaporizers, batteries, air fresheners, various glass items). However, due to his attitude, and as of late, him blatantly rushing me to make a decision and check out, I am unable to contain my disgust, and I opt to forego any large purchases in favor of something cheaper. Doesn’t he know that the longer a person browses, the more opportunity he has to sell more products? I don’t know what this guy is doing in there when no one is in the store but it can’t be more important than me spending my money or my continued loyalty to this establishment. That in itself should warrant better treatment. Not everyone that comes in the smoke shop wants to buy overpriced disposable vapes in a hurry. Some of us are loyal repeat customers with varying needs that enjoy in-person shopping. If management is being cheap and encouraging this behavior because they are afraid people are going to steal when workers are helping other customers…hire another associate.
Previous Review: I am thrilled to write this glowing review after my 2nd visit to this small but mighty head shop in the NW Suburbs. I hate that I was not made privy to this shop months ago when moving to this area because this would have surely been my #1 spot. Greeted by the equally handsome and knowledgeable owner once you arrive, you will be taken aback by the incredible selection of glass, vapes, and juices. Each item extensively researched by the owner who is always eager to share the bevy of information he has acquired over many years of smoke shop ownership. I was most impressed with his exclusive, one of a kind rare finds; My most recent purchase being an electric dab rig released just days before I purchased. It has since been a game changer for me and my lifestyle, providing the opportunity to enjoy my products in places/environments previously off-limits. If it weren’t for his expertise, and his attention to detail, he never would have offered the item to me. I’m grateful that he is so observant, and invest so much care into pleasing his customers. Since learning of this. I have brought many friends along for a quick trips, and plan on coming back very soon to see what new things he has in stock. You will not go wrong stopping here.”

I came in two nights ago and had the most amazing time ever. Even on my walk into the store staff members were so friendly and welcoming making it feel like a safe and cozy place to be immediately. I was happy to see the sweetest and quiet shop greeter Cocoa who had the most lovely demeanor.
I had a blast walking around the store and viewing all of their products and merchandise they truly have some of everything you need here and more plus the store smelled great too. I was then helped out by Jasmine who was so incredibly patient as I had no real idea of what I wanted to get when I walked I so she helped me find options that were perfect for me. Then when I was preparing to wrap things up thinking the fun times were over I got an even better surprise when Jason was kind enough to help inform me about additional store sales and promotions that they offer at this location on top of their prices already being insanely reasonable he offered me even more product suggestions that I would like and wow was he absolutely correct I loved his product suggestions he gave me and I am excited to go back sooner or later to pick up more supply now that I have found a new go to place that I enjoy.
I highly recommend coming here for all of your smoke shop related needs as the customer service here is top notch and the products are unforgettable. You won't be disappointed when you come and you can always find something that you will enjoy here.
