Typically I have been very happy working with the guys in this store for many Amazon returns so pretty bummed at a recent interaction. I was in the middle of a handful of returns when the clock struck 5. He said, “You will have to come back another day for the rest of them. We’re closed.” It quite literally would have taken two more minutes max to scan 3 more items and he wouldn’t finish it for me. I was speechless. Disappointing to say the least!

Came to ship few packages and i needed few pieces of tape to close up few boxes and instead of getting few strips I was told I have to buy a whole roll. Did not have wallet with me and considering I was only asking for maybe a 2 feet of tape I find it ridiculous. First time here and never coming back to this store. Thankfully most ups store have better service hence they get better rating.

The guys over at this store are phenomenal. Always have to best experience and they do it well and fast. Tyler, Dom, Sterling and even one of their newer guys Alex are all great. Always make you feel welcome and are always helpful. If I could give more stars I would absolutely.

The staff at Neltnor in West Chicago—Sterling, Dominic, and Tyler—are professional, friendly, helpful, and always greet their customers with a smile and kind attitude. They are also amazingly efficient. UPS stores have a range of wonderful services I take advantage of. But the Neltnor Blvd location in West Chicago is the only one I go to. The staff makes all the difference not only in the quality of service but the happier day I always walk away with after my interactions. Thank you, gentlemen!
