  USAgain completely worked with my schedule to pick up 18 boxes of tee shirt donations. The driver Antonio texted when he was in the area and called to confirm the location. He was polite, professional, gracious and helpful. The best part is knowing my donations are going to a good cause.

  We had a successful textile recycling event last weekend thanks to the extraordinary USAgain driver Antonio, who helped us with all the bags, packed the bins and the truck with care and just kept the mood light and fun for the entire 4 hours. He was a very dedicated professional and did his job with laughter and joy.

  Best customer service and quick response. I want to retrieve an item in a bag that was dropped in a USAGAIN bin in Huntington Beach. I call their number, and unexpectedly receive multiple call backs and follow-up call to make sure I have the item. I truly appreciate USAGAIN team members. They go way above and beyond their duties to assist me. Special thanks to ,Palm, the regional manager and Octavio, the crew member.

  I have had the USAgain bins at my laundromat for over 7 years. The community uses them daily. In the beginning I had one bin and now I have three. They are a great way to recycle used clothing and clean up the environment. Every community should have bins available.
