Wowow, I have never had a problem with Walgreens. Has always been my go too.. however, that has changed. I bought a wall charger online for an in store pickup.. when I got home, I opened the bag and removed the charger, when I opened the box low and behold there is no wall charger in the box.. frustrated and annoyed I called the store on 12/6/23 @ 5:58 pm, located at 125 N Neltnor Blvd, West Chicago Store # 04069 I spoke too the store Manager, , Araceli, well at least someone who said she was the store manager, I explained that my charger I just picked up was missing the wall mount, she was very nice and shocked at the same time. I said maybe someone returned it, her reply was, when an item is returned we always make sure everything is in the packaging so I think someone stole the part missing, in either case, I will make sure there is one left at the counter for you if u want to come back, I said not tonight, I will pick it up on my way home tomorrow.. she said ok, she will leave it at the photo counter with a note, well.. I arrived at the store on 12/7/23 @ 5:30 pm and NO PACKAGE WAS LEFT the girl behind the counter called the store Manager who had left for the day, and of course she wants to act like she had no clue on what the girl was talking about.. wowow is all I can say, now not only has she wasted my time, but, now she is lieing.. well needless to say they didn't have another charger of that particular one, so the girl said I can refund your money of 19.99 I said no, I paid more then 19.99 she said well that is what that says I opened my account and showed her I paid 27.99, wowow now they r trying to take money from me and not give me what I paid.. so, I asked for the store managers name wrote it down and said I will call her tomorrow and I left.. I would think twice about going into this walgreens and if u do, check your packaging before you leave and don't try and return anything because they will try and give u less then what you paid. Oh and BTW, I am filing a complaint with Walgreens and I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau...

The customer service is horrible here. I was trying to redeem my Walgreens rewards and the cashier just said no without a legitimate reason. She just said "maybe next time."

This Walgreens is the location I chose after moving to the area a year ago and I have always had a positive experience. All of the technicians especially Michelle always meet my needs and listen to my concerns. They always have my prescriptions ready on time and I hardly ever have to wait in a line at the drive through. Everyone is so helpful and it shows that they take pride in their work. I will be sticking with this location while I am living in this area.

Your service absolutely sucks, every time I've been here it's gotten worse. Pharmacists are rude and less than helpful. No greeting, and I'm writing this as I'm pulling away from the pharmacy pick up. A woman pulled up to the speaker next to me and instead of saying hello, asking for her name, or anything else, they say "what's your address?". To which she said "I didn't even get to tell you my name". Just say "hi", man. It's genuinely not that hard.

Beware! Count your pills! I had a prescription for 20 antibiotic, and this pharmacy gave my just 19. Math is hard, I guess! I called immediately, and the assistant told me to come back and they'd give me the missing pill. No apology, so I guess this is an everyday occurrence. I told her I wasn't going to stand in their line again, and to please either mail me the pill, or have it delivered to my home. She told me they don't do that. But of course they do; she just didn't know any better. Why do they let untrained people answer the phone? So I ended up speaking to the manager, who said they'd FedEx it to me. I received it within four days, which was okay. I'm just surprised at the lack of professionalism.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star review, I would. They are the absolute WORST! Beware! None of the employees at the pharmacy know what's going on or what they're doing. They are incredibly rude and will cut you off while you're trying to talk or ask them an important question. Forget trying to call them- the phone will ring and ring and ring......expect to sit on the phone for upwards of 30 minutes just to either get hung up on or to get a very rude woman to answer if you're lucky. I've been told my prescription is ready to pick up, showed up at the store, and then had a very argumentative and rude staff member tell me that no that prescription doesn't exist and that they don't have it on MULTIPLE occasions, and then they'll magically find it after sitting there for an hour. Don't bother asking them any questions about anything- they will cut you off before you can even finish one sentence and tell you no they don't know and can't help you! It's not like I'm asking complex questions either, I'll try to ask something as simple as how I can get my prescriptions to show up on my app or what side effects I should know about and they won't even try to help. When it comes to something as important as life saving medications, you would think that the staff would at least try to do their job, but apparently this Walgreens would rather play around with it and make your life as difficult as possible. Do NOT send your prescriptions here if you need them reliably. I should also not that it's only the pharmacy that's the issue here- not the store itself. All of the other workers are great and friendly, and the store is kept nice. It's just the pharmacy! I wish somebody would do something about it already, I'm getting really sick of it.

Since there's absolutely no signage for where to go for COVID testing at this location, I'll add it here in hopes others don't have to deal with the confusion. Pull up in the LEFT lane of the drive-thru pharmacy! Arrive early since there will be people picking up their prescriptions in the same line.

The Manager pretends not to be there and the staff say they are the manager. What was a minor problem has now snowballed to a much larger problem. This is ridiculous! What is the point to having a manager if they think it's funny to screw with customers. I have switched my prescriptions over to the Jewel Osco.

There's a Hispanic lady that works at this pharmacy and she is so incredibly rude. We went in the other day and she proceeded to have an attitude when I asked her a question about my prescription that she couldn't fill, even after I explained that my dad has cancer; and I totally get it I just needed a deeper explanation since I just didn't understand the first time she explained. I have never been treated like this and we've been coming here for years. Definitely considering a change in pharmacies because of this. If I could give zero stars I would.

The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. Very poor condition and difficult to navigate without hitting someone/something. The pharmacy drive thru speaker doesn't work. You have to yell through the drawer to converse with the employee. That is, after they finally acknowledge that you are there. It's nice because it's close to home, but really not worth it given all the negatives.

Pharmacy leaves a voicemail to call them back yet can't answer a phone call to save their lives. Ridiculous. Don't ask for a call back if no one can answer the phone.
