Comparatively, it’s a nice and clean gas station that is convenient. Never a problem with the pumps and the workers do a fine job.

I ordered fresh cheese pizza with extra sauce. I received nasty and dry hours old pizza--obviously without the extra sauce. I can see why so many reviewers complain about getting sick from the food if they're serving food that's no longer safe to eat. The same exact thing happened at the Pyott Rd, Crystal Lake, IL location, so I guess it's just a Casey's thing. I took the survey and never heard anything back.

I stopped into this Casey’s on my way to work for breakfast pizza and was helped by the nicest people. Melissa and Fred made sure I had enough food for my crew and gave great customer service!

By far the WORST visit to a caseys i have ever had. Woman with long brown red hair does not speak to you. She scans and stares and acts like you are interrupting her. I wanted to also get gas bus she diddnt hear me say 45 on pump 1 a d instead stared at me until I paid. Hire better. Pay better. Drive morale. Get Christina from roscoe Caseys here and maybe she can save this place. I actually left and went up the street and got my gas elsewhere. Horrible service. Look at your cameras on her interaction around 320pm. I would hope this company expects better. Maybe not.

Really great Casey’s. I came here for the pizza. It had awesome breakfast pizza. The store is really big and new. It is also a pretty clean store. The gas area is huge which makes parking and finding a pump easy. The staff and service are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this store. 10/10.

What’s wrong with the hours lately? Needs updating then. Twice now I’ve driven over here for the cheaper priced gas that shows on GasBuddy.. both times past midnight… and whole place is dark- closed! What happened to 24hours?
Also deducted stars for the owners issue on GasBuddy! Deceitful practices! Only EVER shows Premium gas which is 93 octane as the MIDGRADE- 91 octane, price. Conveniently leaves out the midgrade line item as a fuel they carry. What makes it SO much worse is, myself as well as others will correct it, and also add in the MID-91 line item and he consistently and quickly changes it back to the incorrect way. So the premium price shown on GasBuddy which is ALWAYS reported by the OWNER is always 10¢ higher at the pumps. The ol bait and hook!! PREMIUM IS ONLY 93 octane Buddy 😉. The reviews on GasBuddy for this station say the same thing multiple times. It’s been going on for far too long! Now hours AND price baiting. Fix this already!
**UPDATE** It has now been 13 days since I clicked their link and reported this exact same problem (is all that link takes you to). I received an email immediately following that report message, which was received on 11/22/2024. They sure like to sound like they care about “every member of the community”.. but that’s where it ends. I have received ZERO follow up. Not an email, not a call, not a text, not in junk email folder, nothing! Quick to respond to this public review just minutes after posting. But it’s now been just shy of TWO
WEEKS- and nada. Shame shame shame!!
*Oh, and the blatant price f*¢kery is STILL going strong!!*

This place just really pissed me off today. I went to Casey's today to get gas but had forgotten my wallet so I ended up using a secondary card that I keep in my glove box that doesn't usually have a lot of money on it so to avoid the Automatic 50 fee that some pumps do when you pay at the pump I went inside and paid at the counter a prepaid amount but they're crappy system caused me to get an overdraft fee because for some reason even though I paid that way they still took out more than what the purchase was which is not supposed to happen when you pay that way.

Says takes HyVee perks on the pump. Drive out of my way to get here. Did not work. Cashier not helpful.

Very convenient for getting a bite to eat in the morning for work or even afterwards. The pizza is so good especially the breakfast pizza. I also love the coffee, it's a lot cheaper than going to other places. Plus I always find they have the best prices on gas.
