Love coming to this theatre. Not as packed as Marcus, they have a great perks if you're a member, and they can bring your food straight to your seat if you don't wanna pick it up at concession! Everyone we have encounted has been nothing but nice to us. (Tickets are cheaper than Marcus also!) We come here a few times a month and we're never disappointed.

Unfortunately besides being overpriced, the quality of movie going experience has gone way down. The theaters smell like body odor, the soda is flat and the and the staff doesn't seem very happy to be there.

Have been here a few times- today watched a moving in the XD theater (no. 1). Good visuals and sound, comfortable recliners, and cranking AC (it was a HOT day today). Bathrooms clean, theater also clean (ie no sticky floors, especially). Reasonable prices.

Excellent experience yesterday at the Cinemark. Popcorn and drinks were great. I give a special shout out to Jessica who happily gave me my free refill by dumping out my old popcorn saying that it was "too cold'" and filling with fresh hot popcorn ( buttered half way). I realize that's their policy but she did it with such joy.
It was rare in this day and age.

Giving it 4 because of the cleanliness and the price. The XD room is lackluster for sure. I don’t feel the movie when I’m in it and the audio separation is subpar. Bass is lacking for sure as well. Please recalibrate the XD room so it can feel like an actual XD room.
