“I was so shocked by how tidy the place was. I went in on a weekday afternoon and everything was super organized, even by size. I know how hard it is to keep a clothing store neat, as I used to work in one. A worker greeted me at the entry way and there were others who asked to make sure I was finding everything ok. I always love when people are chipper, nice, talkative but also let you do your thing, and don’t try to sell me something or make me feel like I have to stand there and have a long conversation. I felt so safe in there as they had hand sanitizer at each register and at the door. Thanks, guys!”

“I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. “As soon as I walked in the store Krish greeted me very nicely. After I was done shopping I was standing in the Q-line, there was only one cashier at the counter at that time and it was Krish. She was very quick, efficient, friendly and nice. I was just looking how fast she was and even if she was alone, she was able to get the entire Q-Line quickly and effectively. I love going to this Ross due to the cashier. Also, the store has great items and deals as well!”

“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Clearance section is very big. I wish they organized their products better by size. I tried looking for jeans a few times and they aren’t folded well to show the sizes easily. You have to open and unfold them to find the size. Plus they don’t have a big variety of sizes. The style i wanted was only available in long and had numerous quantity of long and short. Nothing regular. Because of this I order online and return in store which is very easy.”

“I see stopped in today because their Instagram feed is constantly updated with beautiful things, but also recently they've been sharing some of their fall and Halloween goodies. On my way back to Chicago from Madison I was trying to make it in time to stop here and see what goodies I might want. I did indeed leave with some things and can't wait to put them up come October! But the best part was chatting with the shopkeeper. Lorraine is a gem! I spent more time chatting with her than shopping (I was able to pick out what I wanted straightaway!). Luckily there was no one else in the shop whilst I was there and I didn't keep her too long since I left at 5:00 exactly (quitting time). I will 100% be back because they have too many beautiful things that I want in my house.”

“I had to load here. It was a wide load and awkward. I was able to get loaded but was very narrow getting out. I was thankful for the help with tarping but not helping up top, I didn't see areas that needed to be padded. Ripped up my tarps pretty good. A lot of money lost for repair.”
