“I received a pleasant surprise from the store manager Ernest today. I placed a curbside pick up order for New Year’s Eve, which was disappointing with some moldy bread and rotten vegetables. I called Customer service and they immediately refunded me for the items. But Ernest called me a week later and asked me to contact him when I arrived for my next curbside pick up. So at today’s curbside pick up, I asked for Ernest and he met me at the door and handed me a gift card for the shopping experience I had New Year’s Eve. This is why I continue to shop at the store. The quality of food is always excellent and curbside pick up is always a wonderful experience. It was a fluke and I understand it happens. Ernest made sure that I knew that customers are important at this location and took care of me in a wonderful unexpected way. Thank you, Ernest for making sure your customers are happy. “I had pictures developed here for a photo frame gift that I was giving to my son and daughter for their birthdays. I was a little hesitant because it was coming off of a photo from my i phone. I was going up to a 5”x 7” size and a glossy photo which is not very forgiving. But using the Walgreens Photo website was fairly easy to navigate and the photos were ready on time as promised. I have to say that the quality was decent, and everything came out perfect. I would recommend them if you need to get a project done locally and quickly!!!”
