“Bartlett Pharmacy has the best customer service! It is so nice to be able to call the pharmacy and speak to a person instead of being stuck in a automated system. They are always helpful and responsive and go the extra mile. We always counted on them at the doctor's office I worked for, and they did whatever it took to help us fulfill our patient's needs. If you are looking for a pharmacy that prioritizes customer service, Bartlett Pharmacy is the place to go!”

“I received a pleasant surprise from the store manager Ernest today. I placed a curbside pick up order for New Year’s Eve, which was disappointing with some moldy bread and rotten vegetables. I called Customer service and they immediately refunded me for the items. But Ernest called me a week later and asked me to contact him when I arrived for my next curbside pick up. So at today’s curbside pick up, I asked for Ernest and he met me at the door and handed me a gift card for the shopping experience I had New Year’s Eve. This is why I continue to shop at the store. The quality of food is always excellent and curbside pick up is always a wonderful experience. It was a fluke and I understand it happens. Ernest made sure that I knew that customers are important at this location and took care of me in a wonderful unexpected way. Thank you, Ernest for making sure your customers are happy. I will continue shopping at this store and look forward to the great items I purchase and pleasant interactions I have with the employees who load my car and the wonderful management, taking care of any unsavory situations that are brought to their attention. What a great experience and once again, thank you Ernest for going above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy.”

“Good clean store with decent staff. Fuel is available here and the price for 93 octane is good, 87 can be beat by local gas stations if you do a little research. Selection is good, meat and produce departments are well run. Good place to stock up on the essentials.”

“I cannot recommend PranaCare enough! I recently switched from Walgreens and will never go back to a big box pharmacy. The team at PranaCare makes handling my prescriptions a breeze, delivery is so convenient, and their customer service is wonderful as well.”

“Sam's is a good big box store. The best is the scan and go. No waiting in lines, it feels like you own the store by just scanning your items as you put them in the cart. Very efficient!”

“Arrive at 6am on Saturday and enjoy some of THE best yeast and cake donuts I've ever had! Tons of options from your regular cake, cake frosted and cake frosted with sprinkles, yeast frosted, yeast frosted with frosting to more specialized donuts like cinnamon roll donuts, cinnamon and sugar and long johns. Donuts have a very fresh taste and consistency (doughy) but dont have that fried flavor which is not good. Highly recommended!!!”

“This Walmart location is always a busy store with many helpful employees and for the most part it is stocked with all the tems I need and use. I usually order through the Walmart delivery app but somedays, like today, we went in and shopped. We were looking to purchase a TV since their was a sale going on for Black Friday. We were helped by the staff and appreciated their assistance with our issues.”

“CVS in the Target in South Elgin is so good. The people (including the pharmacists) are so nice and always helpful. I switched from Walgreens about 5 years ago and am so glad I did. I get an unusual medication that isn’t used by anyone else, so it has to be ordered by the pharmacy each month (same for CVS and Walgreens). But CVS always orders it the week before my prescription is due. Walgreens didn’t do that and I always got it a few days late.”

“I had pictures developed here for a photo frame gift that I was giving to my son and daughter for their birthdays. I was a little hesitant because it was coming off of a photo from my i phone. I was going up to a 5”x 7” size and a glossy photo which is not very forgiving. But using the Walgreens Photo website was fairly easy to navigate and the photos were ready on time as promised. I have to say that the quality was decent, and everything came out perfect. I would recommend them if you need to get a project done locally and quickly!!!”

“I was able to get my updated Covid vaccine & the Pfizer RSV vaccine. If you are 32 to 36 weeks pregnant it is recommended to get this specific vaccine to protect your child.I am so thankful Costco had both of these available for me, as many pharmacies I called either didn’t have it or my insurance wasn’t accepted.I was able to schedule my appointment online and walk right in while others who “dropped in” had a wait time of over an hour. I would recommend calling first and making sure your insurance is accepted and, if it is, making an appointment online to bypass the waiting. The pharmacy techs were very kind!”
