Overall, service was good, we enjoy the couch. 3 months after buying it, one of the legs snapped. After investigating, the wood piece under the leg was installed with dry rot. I fabricated a piece and would have preferred to spend 45 minutes sitting on the couch as opposed to working on the couch.

Terrible customer service. Said they would call me back and didn’t.On top of that because of the delay, I missed the two week return.And then when I tried to tell them that it wasn’t my fault since I didn’t receive a call back… they told me it was only one week to return.Also furniture was cheap wood. Don’t buy from here.

Don’t go to this place, total rip off. They make it sound like you are saving a ton but trust me you are not ! Check the models which they are selling online first before purchasing. I was about to buy something which was $200.00 cheaper on Ashley Store’s website.. please research! Oh and they don’t stand by their prices, changes each time you visit them. Don’t fall for the sweet talk!

Ugh... the customer service started off great, I was under the impression that I was paying one price for a couch but when I set up my online account I ended up paying a little more. Talking to the financial company via online was time consuming. The pillows were all frayed and there is a rip in couch. I was highly upset and felt robbed the price for this couch was way too much.

I bought two sets of mattresses and the quality is horrible. The mattress has sunk in from the middle.I've tried calling and sending emails and no one has responded to issue.
