I highly recommend this FedEx location for printing services. I designed products on Canva and ordered them through Canva for pickup at FedEx. FedEx printed my product for me, but there was a small issue with the paper type when I went to pick it up. They were actually the ones that brought the issue up to me to make sure what they printed was what I wanted, and they corrected it right there for me. Not only that, they answered another question I had about a Canva design I was going to submit through the online FedEx order form (less expensive to print that product through FedEx than Canva) and printed it for me while I waited. The employees were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the products I was having printed. I would absolutely recommend them for printing services!

I always get fantastic service at this FedEx and the staff is very helpful, but I’m never coming back for printing jobs! Twice, I came here to get some pictures printed. The tech enhanced my mom’s memorial picture to the point of too much color saturation. Last week, I had a 6”x4” picture printed. It was hilarious how the technician over-adjusted the picture. The couple in the picture was elongated and I was charged for a total of $13 including “file enhancement” and a couple other nonsense charges. I was very disappointed, so I went to Walmart where my picture was printed perfectly for $0.15!!

I had a great experience at this location today! Don was extremely kind and patient while helping me with the sizing on my wedding invitations. I was so stressed out about the invitations, but Don was able to put me at ease and talked to me about different printing options. They have a great team that gets the job done while catering to the specific needs of their customers!

Every single time I stop here to ship a package, the workers are pre-occupied and do not even say “hello, I will be right with you”Instead, we wait and wait to see if they will even notice customers are waiting for service.You drop what you’re doing and service your customer before continuing tasks that can wait.I’ve tried giving this location my business several times and it’s the same experience every time.

The service was amazing. I came in to make a book cover last minute and they created a wonderful design for me. Absolutely 100% recommend this location!Three years later, and I came back to get some papers copied. They helped me right away— zero wait time— and I was in and out of there in five minutes. Amazing and kind humans!
