My mom and I have been visiting the employees of Ivy Nails since they were in the mall and we love them. We always walk in and they squeeze us into the books, do a great job on hang nails, and the manicures last. This time I asked for a fill and a line-work design, and even with a busy shop they ensured the design was exactly as I asked for. Love my nails, will be driving 2 hours to come back with my mom.

3rd time’s the charm. Never ever again. The products they use are not good quality. I get Dip and as you can see it split only 5 hours after. In addition, the growth line it’s ridiculous for just having my nails done.

I will NEVER spend my money here again!!!
They have absolutely no customer service. Seems like they were racist! Yes I said it!!. They kept speaking in their native language. Didn't even want to put lotion on our hands. They didn't say hi, thanks, come again. I will never return. I tossed the reward card in the trash after I left. This was my second time here. The first time I had service by a male there and he did an awesome job he was nice and very friendly. My no chip came off in minutes. Take my advice, go where you are welcomed, these people don't care about their work and or providing outstanding customer service.
