Tonight I saw a world class customer service clinic put on by Mona Lisa. This woman was working the ENTIRE FRONT BY HERSELF!!! And the efficiency she displayed to get everyone out of the store was beyond impressive. If Mona Lisa isn’t the manager, you’re doing this store and us as paying customers a disservice.
