Brian and his crew did an amazing job on my car changing out the serpentine belt. They were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I drive an extra 25 minutes to go to this particular Jiffy Lube. I used to work near it and still go back. Every time, their service has been way above the usual experience. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They do their jobs quickly and efficiently.
There is another location, same chain, near my house where the technicians took on attitudes when I wouldn't buy their upsells, including one who over-torqued the oil pan bolt (intentionally?). Most of them do not deserve your loyalty. But the one in West Dundee earns it.

Stopped today for service and what wonderful service it was! Phynix, Quinta, and Osvaldo provided exceptional service from the start of my visit to the end. So many places have lost great service. These gentlemen took care to make sure my vehicle was well maintained and safe for me. Phynix took time to explain everything clearly so I could make the best decision on service. Quinta also provided much help by providing other recommendations on both my van and daughter’s car. It’s great to know you can still get great service from such polite people. I will definitely be back to the West Dundee location. I made a point to let the manager and crew chief know how satisfied I was with today’s service and hope the gentlemen get acknowledged for it. Be sure to stop here with confidence for great service.

I have found the team at the West Dundee location to be extremely helpful and highly professional. I especially appreciated the brake work that Dionte did on my vehicle. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in West Dundee!
