I called ahead of time and provided my insurance information, and they confirmed that everything was verified. The day before my appointment, I called again to make sure my insurance was in-network and emphasized that I wanted to maximize my insurance benefits. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed that my insurance was indeed in-network, so I didn’t think it was necessary to double-check with my insurance company.
After completing my eye exam, the salesperson helped me choose lenses. I mentioned my glasses allowance, but she informed me that it was lower because the provider was actually out-of-network. I told her I didn’t want to purchase new frames and preferred to use my existing ones. Her demeanor noticeably changed, and she seemed frustrated that I wasn’t buying new frames. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable getting my lenses there.

This location is really awesome. The doctor is very professional and the staff is really awesome. Especially Bailey who took care of me. Recommended me a new frame based on my needs. Im really happy and satisfied on their service.

I made an appointment for my son and husband and I must of missed a step but though it was confirmed. Showed up at the time of appointment and we were not in the schedule. Doctor and staff did everything they could to still squeeze them in to be seen the same day! Awesome staff

Quick, efficient, the doctor was so helpful with questions I deemed dumb 😅 All around very very pleasant experience. I can't remember the name of the guy that checked me out but I absolutely loved him! 😂 straightforward with pricing, extremely helpful, and most importantly hilarious and fun to talk with, which made the experience what it was. Honestly everyone was so kind.

Pat took great care of us.
My daughter lost her glasses and we were freaking out.
She helped us find a pair of frames that were extremely reasonable AND they were ready under an hour!
She is our hero!!!

Rude staff, unprofessional, and unorganized. Never sent pre-appointment paperwork and then talked over me. Too many TRUE eye professionals available to deal with this.

Assistant manager Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure an issue I had was resolved. Customer service is excellent, and not something you see much anymore, especially in chain stores.

I had to stop in and get a nose pad replaced on my glasses. The woman that helped me was very friendly and worked quickly! She ended up replacing both pads so they would match. 🙂 I am very happy!!!

This was the best experience I've had. Pat, the Sales Rep was fantastic, kind, courteous, patient. Very knowledgeable of all products. She listened carefully to what I wanted and needed. She didn't try to over sell me. (Like some other places I've been to recently).
