A friend recommended I go see Nicki to get my nails done. I was impressed with her customer service and artistic skill. She listened to want I wanted, gave me helpful feedback, and did an amazing job for the holiday season! Thank you Nicki!

For years I've come here, but unfortunately it's not the same anymore, I don't know why they give you an appointment if they can't with people, it's no longer the same treatment they take time to attend you even if you have your appointment, and they do the job very quickly to attend to the next person, and I had already said that I wasn't going to go back there anymore but I'm going, today to do it fast the lady cut me very ugly and I got blood, now I can't put on my shoes because it hurts a lot. I had to cancel my appointment. I don't recommend this place anymore.

WARNING B AWARE Zero star
Len cut my chair off saying if chair on she will mess up my toes my thought was THATS BEST PART IF GETTING A PEDICURE didn’t understand that but …….
Then she rush me outa chair todo nail which she mess up I sayd don’t cut so she file my nail down talking about she makem even I had to stop her from filing those up
The polish was n my opinion old she put remover n it to thin it out
I over Hurd nail tech speaking rudely on phone with customer about prices
Not friendly no Aviance
A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME BD MINEY POLISH CHIPED NEXT DAY!!!

I was hesitant at first because of reviews. And I haven’t been to a nail shop in a year. But wow they did amazing. They took their time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back.

My first time coming here and the experience was good until the lady doing my design didn’t give me the results i wanted it looked like a child did my nail design but that wasn’t the worst of it. The owner was rude and came to see why I didn’t like my design and told me It was nice ?. Then a minute later yells across the salon why didn’t you tell her sooner and I told her that I was hoping she would get better as she went on but that wasn’t the case (I actually stopped her way before she even got halfway through with the design, I could of let her finish the whole design) I gave a big tip but good riddance I will never come back. If your looking for kindness and customer friendliness her nail techs were kind but the owner has no customer service skills.

I get pedicures because 1, I don't do a very good job when I do it; and 2, it feels good to get my feet massaged. The pedicure I got at Nail Trends was HORRIBLE!!! It was the worst pedicure I've ever received AND I didn't get any polish, just the pedicure! As I said, I don't do a great job; but the pedicure I got at Nail Trends was ten times worse than what I do. I would be shocked if the guy who gave me the pedicure has any training or is licensed to give pedicures. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Got a no chip manicure done around noon on October 9th and before 8 AM on todays date (October 10th), 3 of my nails already chipped and the top layer peeled off because the under layer was still wet! This is unacceptable and now I have to pay another place to get my nails redone, less than a day laterServices: Manicure
