I remember just a couple months ago. You guys were open until 9 o'clock. I don't know what made you guys who tried to change your hours. But it is very inconvenient and you and both are closing at 7 PM and you are besides birds and Beast. And petsmart are the only places that you can buy crickets so now because of you. I have to wait another day to get crickets for my bearded dragon and the same goes to petsmart as well, thank you for nothing.
And I've spent a lot of money there. I even had my dog.

Petco is great, I prefer them over PetSmart in terms of variety of products. They are a little more expensive but their pet care plans are pretty cool and help offset costs.

We recently took our 2 month puppy for his vaccinations. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and quick in the app. When we got there staff was very polite and answered all our questions. They offer the best prices for vaccines. We were in and out in a matter of 15 min. Definitely will be coming back here for all my puppy’s needs. Affordable prices ?

Was able to buy exactly what I was looking for. Was greeted by employee offering assistance. The checkout process was quick, efficient and checkout person was very nice.

You know, I understand the fear around large breeds. Because of the bad rap that PEOPLE have given them, but to work at Petco and work with dogs and not know how to handle them really upsets me. I feel like every year I’ve came to this Petco they give me and my dog a bad experience because of THEIR fear against my dog that they have automatically judged without even getting to know him. Had they (specifically the person who squeezed the life out of my dog) asked me or gotten to know my sweet Rex before aggressively handling him he would’ve known Rex is actually a giant sweet heart who loves meeting new people and getting pets and belly rubs. Do better Petco. Or don’t work with dogs if you can’t even properly handle them.
I think I’m done traumatizing my dog and coming here for good.
But seriously, learn how to handle anxious dogs period! I’m sure if someone you didn’t know just randomly started strangling you you wouldn’t be happy either. Don’t come here unless you want your dog to get choked out.
