Have no issues with the inside of this bank, but I AM SO SICK OF THIS ATM ALWAYS ALWAYS NOT WORKING & NEVER FIXED! It is very inconvenient. This has been happening for years!!

I've been banking here since 1987. Before PNC, today is my last day. The pouty face teller is disrespectful when in a hurry for my money to be withdrawn. Aa long as you speak soft, slow, cave for demands you will have service. Demand lets go, question why they need a debit card for identification, don't drop debit on counter, hand it to them, don't call tell her she a real queen because she is ruler of transactions and you'll get no service. Question that, I'm rude. Ok cancel my account, no leave and do not come back here said Rosa. Wow what a world we live in. So now going to another branch to closeout account. Elgin branch no trouble at all. Very nice teller Lis will help with a big smile.

Pnc is my favorite bank. I’ve been working with them for so long! but today Christina the teller She faced me with a smile and she said” how can I help you? “She was so professional, polite, and hard worker. Hope this feedback finds its way to the managers to know that they have a valuable employee like Christina.

Manager Rosa lacks any kind of banking skills. Went to this branch to request banks and check statements from closed business account. She was more concerned about getting me into opening another credit card, than fulfilling my request.When I received the mail, there were only statements and no checks copies… So I went to bank again, spoke with Rosa again, and emphasized that I need copies of said checks still. 2 weeks later no mail, no call from bank, so I went there for third time…I spoke with branch banker Andrew Rodriguez this time and he dealt with my request in 5 minutes… Seems like he should be a manager there, not Rosa as he’s way more competent and knowledgeable.

Never go to this location, manager Rosa is not responsible, we try order statements with copy of chcecks 3 Times she didyn’t order them, she shouldn’t Work there as manager. Worse expirence what u can imagine!!!! They waist people time!!!!
