“Had an all around EXCELLENT experience doing business with Kim, Scott, Ian, and the hard-working team at Responsive MailRoom. I ordered custom printed envelopes for thank you cards. Kim took the time to point out a way to improve the look & save me time. I didn’t end up using her idea ( only due to some roadblocks on my end) but I was very appreciative that she took the time and interest in the outcome & success of my project .They also made a huge banner I needed to cover a huge, almost 40 foot length space for an upcoming retirement party. It was too long to make in one piece . Smartly , they divided it into 4 parts. They had it carefully rolled up and packed for pick up. I haven’t opened it yet but will do a follow up review . I’m confident the quality and outcome will meet my expectations , as they sent me a proof to approve before printing. And when I read the fine print , it says they have clients approve proofs for all orders , even identical reorders. I like this attention to detail.The “ responsive “ in “Responsive MailRoom” is something I can attest to. Scott and Kim kept me updated as to my order through emails and corresponded with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I had a few phone calls with their designer , Ian, and found him to be knowledgeable, professional , and with a happy to help attitude .I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing printing services. Hidden gem of a business.”

“I highly recommend this FedEx location for printing services. I designed products on Canva and ordered them through Canva for pickup at FedEx. FedEx printed my product for me, but there was a small issue with the paper type when I went to pick it up. They were actually the ones that brought the issue up to me to make sure what they printed was what I wanted, and they corrected it right there for me. Not only that, they answered another question I had about a Canva design I was going to submit through the online FedEx order form (less expensive to print that product through FedEx than Canva) and printed it for me while I waited. The employees were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the products I was having printed. I would absolutely recommend them for printing services!”
