Zero stars would be more appropriate. The staff is beyond rude and inattentive. Worst of all, they justify the horrible customer service and their own poor attitudes by making snide remarks and comments back at customers. Clearly, this is accepted from management here because when I called to complain about my experiences and spoke to Kim, I was the one reprimanded for my tone and language while absolutely no apology was given on behalf of the staff. The audacity!! The recent horrible reviews speak loudest. Save yourself aggravation and go to a different post office.

I don't get my mail until after 4 pm if my regular mailman is on vacation, if he is on,the mail gets here at 10am...I live right across the street from the post office,I need the mail before the bank closes, but that never happens when my real mailman is on vacation, it happens all of the time,but for the most part I get my mail before noontime,my regular mailman is awesome!!!!

I recently moved to this area and whenever I go to this post office there is only 1 lady working at the front all by herself! my father used to work in the post office & their job is super hard so therefore we should be supportive for all the postal workers who are working and treat them with respect.

This office used to offer excellent service until now. New woman at counter is very rude. She is very unprofessional and need an attitude adjustment. Mahgull, if I recall is her name. Try to avoid her at all cost. Everyone else is very friendly and professional.

I used to have a great experience at this post office, but my recent visits have been disappointing. While Dylan and the other staff members continue to provide excellent service, I have encountered challenges with one of the newer employees female an Indian lady. As a business owner who frequently mails important documents, I value professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, my recent experiences haven't reflected the high standards I previously associated with this location. I hope management addresses these concerns to restore the quality of service that this post office is known for.

New woman at counter was EXTREMELY rude for no reason and did not want to give me my package. Accused me of receiving something illegal when I clearly stated what it was and also a picture on the box!! Unbelievable. I will be calling her manager.

USPS didn't even attempt delivery. I work at home and watched the man stick a note on my door that they 'just missed me' without ever knocking. Then when I requested re-delivery, he never even got out. Just drove right on by. I tell every manufacturer and business I work with to use UPS or FedEx. USPS workers are lazy and entitled.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but the man working at the front desk was incredibly rude. He was disrespectful over minor issues and became especially hostile when I asked him to stop throwing my box around. This was one of the strangest experiences I've had at a post office, and I suggest you consider finding a new employee. I decided to take my business elsewhere!

The postmaster Rudy is very inconsiderate. He has no customer service skills and makes up rules for “his” post office. The front desk people are very nice but they have to follow Rudy - aka Dictator of the post office rules. Unfortunately I have to deal this guy. I run a business - I’m not going anywhere. One would think he would be nice to his customers that come in on the daily. Especially when my needs do not require any time or brain power. Rudy is in the wrong job.
