I filled out all the forms two days ahead of time and scheduled my appointment for a covid booster shot. Arrived ten minutes early for my appointment, scanned the QR code to check in which led me down a rabbit hole, answering all the questions I had previously filled out on the forms. Then the app asked me to set up an on-line account with user name and password. They already have this stuff on file because they frequently send me emails and text messages! I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time in a crowed seating area with people coughing and sneezing around me while the staff are running their heels off fielding customers, filling prescriptions and answering phone calls. They are woefully understaffed! After 35 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff I left in frustration. I will take my business elsewhere.

Just visited here to get drinks, older lady with glasses was rude and kept us there forever kinda acting like she was suspicious of us then continued to over charge us and scan drinks more than once.

Terrible experience, the lady in charge of glasses and sienore dressed in black thinks she's laughing in your face, my English is bad and I study to improve it, she is of Hispanic descent and speaks perfect Spanish and English, she speaks two words in English and if you don't understand her because her pronunciation is horrible she LAUGHS IN YOUR FACE! This is the second time this has happened, I will go back and speak to the general manager!

The employees in this store including manager John are rude and disrespectful. They are also within the store stealing from costumers and taking 0 accountability for the stealing. Purchased a visa gift card "sealed" with a receipt of purchase. I open the cardboard package and card is all scratched off all numbers scratched off. An employee stole from the store and they treat you like your the criminal because you look a certain way or a certain color. They are stealing and they take 0 responsibility. Do not buy gift cards here. The manager is probably in on it. They give you a number to call visa but this is nothing to do with visa. They did this at the store. They are the criminals, not the costumer who spent their hard earn cash.

Live so close by but I will go out of my way to avoid this Walgreens going forward. The place will be dead and the staff will give you an attitude if you need help; especially the guy with long hair that works in the photo section. I really don’t get it. Management hired some really winners with attitudes. I can see why the reviews for this place are so poor.

female pharmacist is the rudest most condescending person i have ever encountered. she acts like you’re stupid while asking questions. interrupts. i feel bad for other staff which is great. she also likes to play dr and decide what she will and won’t fill. STAY AWAY! i’ve changed pharmacies from this location twice because she lost all my scripts in the system the last time.

Went to the pharmacy to ask a question. As I was asking the question, I see the pharmacist (Stephanie) being rude to one of the technicians. I felt bad for the technician but it is what it is. I wouldn’t want her on my softball team.
