Don’t even attempt to call if you’re a first time customer, it literally will not connect you to a human. You’ll have to go up there and wait 45 minutes for your prescription.

Whatever gentleman that was taking the phone calls for incoming prescriptions tonight is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I work at an ER hospital, and had to make a call about an urgent prescription a patient needs. With the holiday coming soon the prescription needed to be called in ASAP to make sure the patient was able to receive their prescription as soon as possible, which will hopefully be tomorrow. I called immediately after discharging the patient, which ended up being a couple minutes before closing time. The gentleman who picked up IMMEDIATELY had an angry tone after I stated I was calling in a prescription. When calling it in he was incredibly rude and hostile about how the patient hadn’t been seen there before and how the patient needed to be put in the system. He was inpatient and annoyed and made that very clear. His tone and words with me were completely uncalled for. I understand it’s close to closing time, but if you aren’t willing to take the call then simply don’t take it. Send me to voicemail and I will leave the information there. I don’t need to hear you loudly complaining about doing the basics of your job when I’m just trying to do mine and help my patient get the medication they need. I truly hope you do not speak with clients this way, completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Can’t speak to anyone can only leave a voicemail which never gets returned. Always too busy and run out of medication. I feel like customer care is a low priority and they a just pumping out numbers for profit. Can’t even get an answer to a simple question. Apparently I need to show up in person for every question I have?

I transferred all my prescriptions to CVS WF. My doctor faxes all my prescriptions here to this physical location. Yet, one prescription gets yanked out of the system and sent an hour and a half away—every time.
It's not just a one-time mistake, but a recurring issue. This has happened not once or twice, but five times in a row, which is clearly a problem. The internal system at CVS can do this regardless of where your doctor sends it or how many times you beg the other location to quit pulling it.
I still gave it 3 stars because the pharmacists are trying to resolve it, and the store is very nice inside. I may feel better when this problem is resolved.
I wish I could give more, but perhaps I can edit this in the future.

First off, not sure why this isn't posting my name properly. I'm Cynthia Johanson. CVS Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since 2017 when I moved here from California. When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!! They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. If you truly want a terrible CVS Pharmacy experience, go to Benton. Thank you West Frankfort CVS for being the hardworking people that you are!!!

Prices are higher here and no one seems to assist you. they just tell you where things are and when you goto the area and its not there and you tell them they say we'll you have to look. GET OFF YOUR BUTS and EARN YOUR PAY FOR ONCE.

The Pharmist didn't want to do his jobIt was medication got my dog and he told us that it would be filled the next day. We went to Benton cvs and they filled his medicine today,!@@!!! This Cvs don't do their job correctly. The pharmist was NO HELP!!!!!

I called the recording about my script being ready and was advised by the recording that it would be ready at 8pm. When I went in at 8pm some teenager told me they were closed and basically slammed the door in my face.This is why CVS keeps closing stores. Her hot date shouldn't interfere with the health care of the elderly. The pharmacist should be ashamed.
