Do not trust a vehicle on this lot or any of the employees. This place is a giant SCAM. They will only tell you small obvious problems and not the big mechanical problems. Once you find there is a big problem they know your warranty will be out and even if it's not they will not help you or even communicate with you. They will put you in even further financial debt trying to fix the lemon they just put you in debt for! It's sad they are even in business screwing people over the way they are. Absolutely sad. Hope this helps keep people in a situation like ours.

Do not go here. They sell lemons. And finance terribly. My sister hasn’t even had her car for 6 months and the motor is shot along with 100 other things! Mind you she’s already had to take her car to a mechanic twice before this. She’s not even had the car for a full 6 months! And now she is stuck having to make payments on a car that’s a lemon and has had problems ever since she got it.

I hate that I even have to give them one star. Whatever you do, never ever get a vehicle from this place. Crap cars, overpriced, plus rude service really tops it off. Spent thousands upon thousands on a car that didn’t last half a year. stuck paying the rest. Disgusted by the staff and facility. I don’t know how this place is still running.

I wish we had read their reviews before getting tangled up with them!!! We bought a Jeep from them and the check engine light came on before we even got it home! Then on the way taking it back to them, because the sales jerk said they would fix it, the ABS light came on! They put the Jeep in their "shop" and said it was all fixed, we go get it and the dash looked light Christmas on the way home because of so many lights on! My husband called to find out what we should do and spoke with their office clerk who then called the sales jerk and told him that we made her uncomfortable... he then called my husband aggressively stating that they would not be undoing the deal. And saying he didn't appreciate us calling after he said they would fix it... just like they "fixed it" the first time???

Terrible. The guy that sold me the vehicle a genuine guy but their mechanic is trash and half does the job. Make sure you do a full inspection before you buy or else if something comes up and they fix it the mechanic will just bandage the problem

I've had my explorer for 25 days... 25 DAYS. And I have a cracked head. I haven't even made the 1st payment yet. They are legitimately taking advantage of people. I WILL be hiring an attorney and I hope they're ready for this fight because I'm not allowing people like them to take advantage of people. Even local people for that.

We both are very happy with the the vehicles, and the payment every month is very doable.good service and friendly people are all part of the Ridgeway experience. I have bought 2 vehicles a Chrysler van and a Chevy Cruze from them i would recommend going here . Bret has done wonderful on answering questions. Sending the vehicles to the mechanic when somethings not right like the car overheated so it’s in the shop other than that I would buy vehicles. From them out and all that was wrong with the car was the water pump so that’s being fixed I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff here and they will help people find the right vehicle for them .
