I stop in here a couple times a month and always at different times of day. It’s always clean inside as well as out an everything is in order. Every person I’ve met at the checkout has been very friendly & helpful if you need something.

THE RUDEST customer service I’ve ever personally experienced. I was browsing in the 21 and over section (didn’t end up buying anything) but my husband was trying to pick up a lighter and one other item. They asked for my id (even though I wasn’t purchasing anything) but I complied, and annoyingly walked across the street to my car to get my id. I walk in, hand it to her, and they told us we had to leave, and would not sell to us. For absolutely ZERO reason. The “manager” Cindy and the young blonde working were so extremely rude we walked out. There needs to be some kind of employee clean-up because as a business owner myself, this would never be acceptable.

i shop all over town . when i for get and go into ROC i can NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING THEY WILL NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS. why are they open if you can't buy anything there.
