They moved it across the street so everything is new (and it's on the left now).The lady who was working there today was So nice!! She didn't skimp on my sandwich either; it was made right!

The girl with the dark hair and glasses is the rudest food service worker I’ve ever came across. The blonde is super sweet but the dark haired girl is awful. 10/10 don’t recommend unless the young blondish girl with the piercing takes your order.

Had mostly good luck with the food the few times I've been here. Unfortunately, what other reviews have said about some of the employees being less than personable is true.

$12 for a sandwich with little to no meat. Second time this has happened now and leaving messages for the manager does NO good! Still haven’t been contacted! We never order less than $50 when we order so being as they don’t care about the customers, I will NEVER order or eat here again!!!! GET IT TOGETHER AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Slowest Subway I've ever been too, every time I go there. Used to be the best one around when they were across the street. Terrible parking lot. 20 minutes in line every time. Always working on online orders and ignore you when you come in. Always out of stuff. Dirty. Disappointing. Used to live this place. Been coming since it was across from Dollar General in the 90s.

Nasty! Warm mayo. They said they don't refrigerate it and then tried to backtrack. Just gross. I don't care if it "gets warm" if you add it to a hot sandwich. If you add it to a cold sandwich it should not be room temperature. And the employee eating it straight and wiping it up off the counter and eating it, didn't help your case for it being "good to eat" ( ANYTHING there) ?

Subway has not been the same in West Frankfort since they changed locations. Have given them several chances with the following results - didn't answer the phone during operation hours, our on line customized orders right are never correct, stale bread, unavailable toppings and sandwiches that are poorly constructed. We try to support local businesses but we are done with Subway.

I have to say I give them zero stars. My son went and got us subway and for the first time I have to say it was disgusting. Who ever made these sandwiches just through them together and over loaded the spinach on mine, didn't put my mayo or tomatoes on my sandwich. The sandwiches were just a sloppy disaster and didn't even taste good. Im so disappointed my son walked pretty far to get this for us. I usually have a very good experience with this subway. There are very few food choices in this town so it was upsetting n a waste of money. We tossed the 2 footlongs in the trash they weren't even acceptable to eat. Come on do better guys..

The only thing that I can say bad about this place is the parking lot. Way too small. Everything else is awesome, friendly service and very professional workers.
