Once missed a discount time of day by 10 minutes and they gave me the price anyway. Today I went and their Internet was down so I got a free wash! Many places works have closed, saying sorry for the inconvenience. Employees are always friendly too.”

“It was pretty good. I got change for $10 and did a standard type of wash bay like we always do. Had $3.00 left over, so the minutes per quarter were decent. There was lots of soap on the prayer, the wax you could smell, no spot rinse left zero white hard marks. Would have given it 5 stars, but the loud music BASS blaring was a massive turn-off.”
“The staff here is outstanding! The lady working inside is always so friendly and pleasant to myself and other customers. I had multiple towel dryers greet me and ask me how I'm doing. They made sure to get the front of my car clean when a spot was missed - the attention to detail is exactly what you pay for! I love that I get the inside vacuumed and the inside of the windows wiped down. I have the monthly pass and am always so pleased with the clean. Plus you support local! 5-stars”
“The line wasn't too long today. The car in front of me had trouble getting into neutral. But, I noticed the young men were so patient with the driver and tried to help them. Finally they were able to go into the washers. It was refreshing to see their kindness. There were towels available today. It was a good day.”

“A good car wash, finally! I have not had much luck at all finding a decent car wash lately. They only half wash the vehicle or leave soap behind. Despite the lower reviews, I decided to give Rainstorm a chance. First, I was greeted by a very friendly young man who told me my options without being pushy. He took the money for me and I was on my way. Attendant in car wash was also friendly. I accidentally put my car in reverse instead of neutral and we both had a pretty good laugh. My car ran right through in only a few minutes. The end result was everything was washed off and the blower almost dried my car completely and I have an SUV. The windows had no streaks at all and this was only $10. Highly recommend you give them a try but just watch that whole reverse/neutral thing. It will get ya! ??”

“Rainstorm on Knoxville has a worker named Rosie, I don't know how long she's been working there, but they need to fire her, she stands outside on her phone while Skyy does all the work and get yelled at, I sat in the entrance, waiting to go in, for 15 minutes, and blew my horn 4-5 times, while she continued on her phone 🤦”

“Stopped by to wash the Scoop Daddy truck — the only open bay had a leak right above the hose area, so I ended up getting an unexpected shower while washing ?☔️. Just a heads-up that it probably needs fixing.
That said, I do like this car wash — being able to pay with a credit card at a manual wash is a huge plus. I avoid automatic washes because of the wrap on my truck, so I appreciate having this option!”
“I’m giving Red Carpet Car Wash five stars.
They offer both interior and exterior cleaning, and the inside of the car is usually very well done. The monthly package is a great value—you pay one fee and can go through as often as you want, which makes it super convenient.
Every once in a while, especially when they’re busy, the outside doesn’t get fully dried off. But considering how efficient they are and the volume they handle, it’s not something I make a big deal about.
Overall, great service, solid value, and a place I keep going back to.

The cheapest car wash is 7 bucks and does a excellent job .. do that all the time... I would join the car wash club if they had a deal for 2 cars... But yeah I'm a regular.. even go there instead of Costco or hucks which I have extra discounts on gas .. it's pretty handy”

“I stopped by one night to wash my car and the door wouldn't open after I deposited money. I called the owner and he told me stop by anytime and bed make it right. He not only refunded me my money but he also gave me a free wash. He was a very nice man and was very apologetic. I always come here because I think this is the best car wash in Pekin anyway but now I know he has outstanding customer service as well. He even reminded me to make sure that I kept the car in the sun since it was so cold. Absolutely above and beyond! Good man!”

“This car wash does a real good job for a drive through, &&&& they have blowers that you go through after the wash is finished!! Great for cold weather when you don't want to leave water on your vehicle to freeze!!”
