I only had my unit on W Lake Ave for 2 months. If I ever need to rent again, this particular location will get my business. Shanese (watch Uncle Buck! Wink, wink. I hope she sees this!) remembered me right away and said she was sorry to see me go. I know, I know... But she really made me feel valued as a customer. She was so helpful through every step in the process and I value THAT! Moving & Storage can be stressful but Shanese made it easy. Thank you so much!

“Our experience was not initially 4 star but Krista turned our experience around and made it right. We called the call center and reserved a 5x10x8 at cubesmart; when we arrived we started moving in and while attempting to move our 48” shelving unit into the space we quickly realized that the 5ft unit we rented is NO where near 5ft wide!! We rented this size and expect to be provided with the amount of square footage we paid for.
Krista contacted corporate and the local store manager, Faith, and ended up moving us to another unit to meet our needs.
In the end it worked out for us and Krista was VERY helpful.
I would suggest that CUBESMART be open and honest about the ACCURATE sizes of their units, including measure to verify!

“For 3 1/2 years I had four bedroom furniture in the 30 x 10 storage unit. It was dry. I just moved to a new home and unpacking all of the items worried but I found them in the same state as nearly 4 years ago. Thank you for keeping a roof above my items Leak-free and bug-free. “I had a storage unit at Loctite for over two years Very nice place clean everything pretty new. Love the climate control and the lighting as you walk down the hall it lights up automatically for you whatever area you’re in I always felt very safe even going in by myself as a woman loading dock is a definite plus and I am a nighttime person, so it was nice that it’s open 24 hours.I think their prices are competitive.”

“I had a 5x10 unit up on Hale road in Peoria Illinois, unit was clean and perfect for the amount of space I needed for the amount of time I needed. Rate was low. It was about $30 a month for the few months that I had it. Harrison and the team was very easy to work with anytime I needed communication with them.”

I can't say enough good things about this location, as it was clean except what the homeless lady did. The units were clean! They had a lot of room and April was very knowledgeable on what I needed. “I purchase storage auctions through a third party website. My experience with red dot storage was phenomenal. The initial customer support agents I dealt with were kind and professional.The auction department were transparent about sales and professional. Joel deserves a raise. Jerry/Gerry was great to work with as well.Please red dot, add the auction department to your automated tone system! Sometimes the CSA were wrong about when the auction department were available and it takes about 10 minutes to finally patch into the auction department. Having a direct line will speed up transactions and time sensitive questions.Thanks again Joel for being so awesome and kind. I look forward to working with red dot and Joel in the future!”

“Yes, they don't like you coming in after dark but your stuff is safe. The owners live on the property. If you come in and they dont recognize Vehicle he comes around and checks. Sev places in area have no one on site and have been broken into. Felt very confident that our items were safe, rented for 3 months. Many sizes available. Was very clean. We had a 10x30 with doors on either end. I highly recommend this place.”
