The employees are helpful and courteous when it comes to donations, which can be made contact-less by pulling up to the donation vestibule entrance. Decent selection but employees are not very helpful, not sure if they're understaffed but there was a very long wait to check out.

I dont normally review places on my own accord but 5 stars specifically for Maria at Goodwill in Westchester. Typically, I dont expect quality service from a thrift chain but Maria provided an exceptional energy and positive attitude. Very kind to myself and my family and just wanted to share our experience.

Great merch. Friendly and helpful service. Although each time I visit they are not able to pull up my rewards that they email/send me. That's a number. We shop there so much.
