“The experience was painless because of my LO. I made the mistake of hiring a lawyer who was less than competent, and ran into issues with communication with him. I was left in the dark a bit, but luckily was able to contact my LO who helped get me the information I was looking for. Additionally, the contract with the seller lacked certain amendments I had discussed with my lawyer. My LO was able to save the day and make getting into my new home a reality instead of a failed proposition.
