My wife had Kindred Hospice. The nurses and aides were awesome. They became friends. My wife looked forward to their visits and missed them when they left. With their and the Pastorial support received from Kindred, the last few months of her life were peaceful. They all know what to say and do to put her at ease. Kindred Hospice was a blessing. They are all fantastic!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the people who work here. They are very caring and compassionate, they treat you like family. I wouldn't pick anyone else for the care of my loved ones. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Why 5 stars? If I could I would make it 10 stars. My wife is in a memory care facility with FTD (frontal temporal degeneration). She does not know who I am nor her children or grandchildren. She is in hospice care with Kindred Hospice. Every man and woman that I have met or spoken to has conveyed nothing but care and concern for my wife. Kindred educated me as to what hospice is really about. From Dave (Kindred nurse) to Carmen (Kindred caregiver) to the supervisors Marta, Terri, all

Kindred hospice in Westchester made my families life very peaceful during our Mom's transition. The staff was there daily with comfort, Love and support. I was extremely impressed with how caring and supportive the staff was. Thanks Betty, Ruth Ann, Josie, Chaplin Darlene, Cherry (just to name a few), for all your Love and support during the most difficult time of my families life. You'll NEVER be forgotten💗💗💗💗💗

Don't let your loved one die on a weekend. They are not around. This was not comfort care.

Our first experience with Hospice was such a positive one. At such a difficult time we appreciate and can't say enough kind words regarding the compassionate people we dealt with... Betty from administration... Ruth Ann, our assigned Social Worker... Josie, Sylvia and Michael our nurses (our guardian angels) and also Gabriel who came and set up equipment and went out of his way to help. I highly recommend Kindred Hospice. From my very first phone call speaking with Betty at Kindred Hospice Care, I felt like my family and I chose the perfect company for the final care of my sister. She was so kind and explained everything to me. Ruth Ann, the Social Worker on the case was very compassionate and helpful in answering our questions regarding hospice services, directing us with forms needed as well as funeral services. She is now a family friend. (She actually came to my sister's wake) Josie, the nurse who came to assess my sister's physical state was a kind caring person, and we immediately liked and trusted her. Gabriel who delivered and set up the hospital bed and oxygen could not have been any more helpful and kind. Even offered to help my family remove the old bed and bring to garage. When my sister got bad one night another nurse, Sylvia was on call. At around 3:30 a.m. I had questions due to my sister getting worse and she talked me so patiently thru everything. She still wanted to come out and thank God she did, because she explained what my sister was going thru (the transitioning process). Sylvia being there with her loving compassionate heart was like an angel to us. The night my sister passed we met the last nurse who was on duty, Michael who was so consoling to each of us and gave us time needed for us to say our goodbyes. Sorry so long, but I didn't want to leave anyone out. Thank you Kindred Hospice and God Bless all of you.
