The staff here are despicable !!
I honestly felt like I was in the movie get out.
It was my mom’s birthday. I suggested we shop here for her cake. I wish I hadn’t !!
First we had to ask for assistance because everyone behind the bakery blatantly ignored us and then put a different price than what was displayed on the cake.
Then at check out a Caucasian woman told us “no no no you set the product down to weigh it you don’t scan it first. (In the most snotty way possible 🥲
She proceeded to say as we were walking out, try not to get in any trouble tonight ladies.
Honest I never am the type of person to say it’s because of my skin but I totally and honestly felt like we were treated poorly this day and I’m not too sure why but I try to put off that people can be having a bad day but it makes Marianos look terrible 😞 why can’t we all shop where we want when we want.
We are all trying to feed our families and survive just like you !!!

What’s up with your pricing!!! I went a couple days ago and the buy one get one pizzza didn’t work at checkout or being able to load coupons in the store. This NEVER works. Had to drive back to get a 13.00 refund of coupons not working. I would hate to think this digital pricing is a scam Mariano’s. Check your receipts!

I go to this Mariano's every week. The store is clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.
I got a cake for my mom's birthday and their bakery did such an amazing job. The cake is so beautiful. Who ever frosted this cake, you need to start your own business!
Also shout out to Carol who works by self check out. She's very hard working and a caring person. She remembers her customers and is always so helpful. Someone needs to promote her!

We stopped by here, we didn't start with stop here at first. We picked up a few great deals and nice to get any deals, saved about $12 for this visit.

Spiral ham $80 complete dinner offer was a bate and switch. Picked it up a noon came home unpacked it and no spiral ham just a cheap smoked butt end.According to manager they would allow me to return the whole deal for a refund which is another 46 minute drive. False advertising is not acceptable. Never going back to this grocery chain again to shop."Buyes rbeware"

Good thing you don't sell pop corn Chicken. No more cause I couldn't afford to lose any more teeth If anybody needs a tooth pull just order popcorn Chicken, Don't order sides You won't get Em even if you tell them you didn't get Em. They won't refund you for your sides. And please don't send me a message saying. You're sorry, and you're gonna fix your issue. Cause you can't. Can you fix my toot? They stop carrying healthy options in favor of an unneeded home goods section, and while self checkout is convenient for small grocery trips, it’s the worst for large orders or if you have children with you. I used to love this store, but for the past five years it’s steadily gone down hill. I shop elsewhere when I have the option.

All Mariano's are not created equally. The smoothie counter was cluttered I could not reach the counter to order a smoothie when I finally figured it out the person acted surprised to see me she stated "I was on my way to go on break." I requested three large smoothies only received one. I reminded the young lady I wanted three. Apparently notIt was not a good experience ?
