I was running late and needed an urgent Oil Change. Diego Torres the manager was very welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to find me a slot. He was very polite and extremely supportive despite me asking coming in at a late time. Would recommend this Midas and thank you Diego for your help!

Store manager Diego Torres and his team are second to none. They are always fast to get you in and efficient in diagnosing any condition. The best part; they are honest. For example, the right front side of my Civic had a noise yesterday but it went away this morning. To be safe, they took a look and found nothing to fix. No charge.

I brought my car to the Midas in Westchester like I have been doing for the past 25 years and the service was great.Diego took care of me by changing my oil, rotating my tires, and inspecting my brakes. This facility is a great place to bring your vehicle and you get in and out in under an hour. Thanks Diego and Midas.

For three days in a row, one of my tires was leaking air. Then, after noticing that I'd run over a nail, I dreaded the thought of having to travel to get it taken care of, waiting and perhaps having to get a new tire. This brought me to my local Midas store in Westchester. I called the store and the manager, Diego Torres, answered the phone. He was able to accommodate me early that afternoon. While waiting, I walked next door to Thithi's restaurant for an ice tea and appetizer. Shortly after receiving my order, Diego called to tell me that the nail had been removed and my tire was already repaired. The most timely, courteous, reasonable, service oriented automotive experience that I've had in recent years. Highly recommend, Mr. Torres and his team!!! I will definitely return for my future automotive needs.

We got a flat tire due to the construction on 294 and had to stop into Midas to see what we could do to fix it. Diego and his partner helped us immediately. He advised that the tire needed to be replaced due to the damage and put the spare on for us... for free!! We tried to pay him and he just wouldn't accept it. It's great to know that there are nice people here to help. Thanks Diego and Midas!
