The shop is not very big and does not have a lot of products, but its offerings are impressive and curated. The staff is knowledgeable and provides a customer-friendly approach, caring about what you want without pushing for other purchases. The owner is nice and takes suggestions. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a haven for a satisfying smoke session. They hold raffles every first Friday of the month.
Derek is so kind, helpful and just enjoyable to talk to! Didn’t talk to the other employees as much but they all said hi and were also very nice, reasonable prices and great customer service, thank you guys!!!
