The staff is extremely nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to inspect items and give detailed explanations of the work needed.
They repair all makes and models of watches, from complex chronographs to simple hand-wind watches, including high-grade mechanical, Swiss, and American brands. They also service and repair all types of clocks, including grandfather, mantle, wall, cuckoo, and maritime clocks, and make house calls. Their jewelry repair includes ring sizing and bracelet repair. The business has a beautiful place with a great selection of watches, reasonable prices, and excellent results, leaving items running and looking like new.
