Apex Hospice has great staff, kind and caring. Keith, the rep who works with my nursing home is AWESOME! He is so helpful and thoughtful - he really cares about the individual and prioritizes their needs, quick to respond and eager to help. Apex is compassionate and focuses on making the patient as comfortable as possible and treats them with respect and dignity. Thank you for all you do!!!!

I would love to share my thoughts on Apex Hospice and Palliative Care as the experience was tremendous. I needed to get my Aunt Hospice care, and I had already dealt with a couple of hospitals, several nursing homes/assisted living facilities, another hospice company, and many doctors, nurses, social workers, and caseworkers. The experiences leading up to Apex could only be described as nasty, money-hungry, mean, "I don’t care" kind of people who treated my 94-year-old Aunt like she didn’t matter anymore because she was elderly. When I was told yet again that I had to meet with two more people from yet another hospice company my thoughts, immediately, were negative, and I was genuinely beyond nervous to go through this entire nightmare of an experience again. I was already stressed, and exhausted, and did not have much left to give to this situation. To my surprise, I met with Krunal & his co-worker Frank from Apex Hospice, and let me tell you, these guys were great and truthfully put my faith back into humanity. First of all, these guys traveled to meet ME! What kind of facility even does that? In addition, they had to travel far and were early! They were professional, so knowledgeable, and kind, and educated me, through example, that hospice care treats, not only their patients but the family too. They made me feel that they cared about my aunt and me every single step of the way. They explained everything thoroughly to ensure I understood everything, even though my hesitancy and faith in the system. Then I met one of the nurses, Nari, who was upbeat, kind, polite, and assured me that she would go check my aunt frequently and promised she would treat her and care for her to the very best of her ability.Well, she did exactly that and explained many things I didn’t understand. Another employee of Apex with professionalism, care, and someone you can tell knows her job. All three of these people treated my 94-year-old aunt with respect and care, they also changed my mindset tremendously. I was beside myself after everything I went through for 6 weeks until I worked with the people from Apex. As I said, they did an excellent job with my aunt, my family, and me. It’s people like this that make life bearable and give those suffering and stressed hope again. So, with all of that said, I want to thank the Apex team SO much for everything they did for me, and I am sure they are doing for others. A HUGE and special thank you to Krunal, Frank, and Nari! You guys are unmeasurable and incredible at not only your jobs but at restoring faith in humanity in some of the darkest times. Thank you!

I appreciated the quick response I received from Apex in signing up my sister for hospice care. All of my questions were answered in a way I could understand. All Apex staff were very friendly and helpful no matter what time I contacted them. Even though my sister did not require long term care, I was confident that she was in good hands. I would recommend Apex to others who need this type of care.

My mother had Apex Hospice and while the nursing care was good, the follow through after her passing was terrible.I was told the social worker would call to check on me every so often. I think they have two or three times so far. Mom died May 10th.. I was told I would get a birthday card or a call on her birthday. It was August 24th; nothing. I really don't think it's very nice to say something like that and not do it. It's very disappointing and, well, hurtful. Losing a loved one is hard enough.
