AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR WORK ETHIC! I am very disappointed in the results of a job that costed over $15,000! For being manufacturer certified in Audi, I was very upset with the results. I had to go back 3 times because there were multiple issues once I got my car back. Water was leaking into my trunk! There were multiple instances of a puddle of water being in my truck which could lead to mold or even a battery/electrical issue! In addition to this, the paint was messed up in two areas. I had to go back again so they could “fix” it. I finally got my car back to normal after being back and forth at the body shop from December 16, 2024 to April 11, 2025. Johnny the manager needs to reevaluate his workers. Dealing with AutoNation Collision Center in Westmont was more frustrating than the actual accident.

2015 AUDI Q7 front bumper collision repair has taken almost 1 month. Was told would be ready Thursday then Friday it's now Monday and I've been calling to no response. My last resort us to go and visit to speak w the Mgr Johnny. But he isn't in today. I will update once I take pics of the progress.
Update 23JULY2024.
Have had my truck in my garage since I was told it was done nearly 3 weeks ago due to my front passenger turn was not replaced. There is water condensation very visible in it. Gotten annoying codes stating electronic errors. Stephanie said she will call us once they have the part. This should've been done in the beginning since it was part of the original collision damages. I will update once completed.

If your car has been in a collision, please do not allow the dealership to send your vehicle to this location. Please have the dealership transfer it to another location. My car was at this location for 2 weeks, and they did not complete any repairs. My car entered into the shop for minor body work repairs. Stephanie Underwood emailed me almost daily that they will get started on the repairs. Thereafter, the company sent a supplement to my insurance for a new motor without a diagnostic. Collision Centers do not complete service repairs. Noticing that a diagnostic was not complete, I began asking questions. They falsified documents quoting a replacement of an engine. After further discovery, I informed them that I no longer want my vehicle serviced at this location. The company sent over excessive fees for the release of my vehicle. Luckily, I brought along an informed individual who helped me get out of the excessive fees. If you are a woman, they will try to run a scam on you. Please be aware! This company is running scam. I have reported them.

My car has been put back together twice in one year by AutoNation. They do incredible work! Jason was wonderful keeping me updated with the progress on my car. Hopefully, no more road debris or animals run into it!!!@

Horrible experience. I took my vehicle here for an Insurance claim, worst decision of my life. Had my vehicle in the shop for 6 weeks. They didn’t get the repairs done in that much time nor communicate vital conversations about my vehicle. Repairs stated on the insurance documents were not made. They calibrated my vehicle even after they knew there were broken connectors, mind you, they were paid for this and suppose to be replaced. This led to a failed calibration and most insurance companies only cover 1 calibration. After the service, I’m trying to contact them and they stopped replying back via phone and email. They had a shift in management and the only reliable contact I had there was gone in the middle of my repair. This place is textbook material for insurance headaches. Don’t ever go here.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my vehicle they left her looking like new. Grateful for Jason Antepenko for providing a prompt estimate and helping me deal with insurance as this was my first car incident. I took my car to Autonation Westmont after being in a rear end collision. I was prepared for all the frustration that was ahead of me. I was so happily surprised when the staff greeted me and said they could help with the insurance coverage and car rental while it was being fixed. Then, Nikolche Hristovski checked my car, gave me an estimate, ordered a rental and got approval from the insurance company for repairs and rental car.He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He called me with updates over the days car was being repaired. It was actually a pleasant experience!! I highly recommend this company and hope you have Nikolche to help you. Even the insurance agent was impressed with his expertise and style!

I have a very very bad experience with them. My drooped my car on June 10th when they told me every part that be needed already come in. I was told I can get my car back soon. Then I waited till July. I didn’t hear anything from them. Then my daughter and I tried to call them so many times. All the answers were “asking you to leave message”. Finally I got an ETA was July 25 after I tried call and email. Then a week later, I was told they didn’t order some parts and I can got my car on early August. When my daughter got the car on August 4th, it even didn’t paint!! So I dropped my car again and trusted they can get it done by August 14. But, but, it’s still not finished as they promised .Then they promised me I can get my car done on Thanksgiving break. I drove back from out of state to do so. They told me they didn’t order the part so I need go back during Christmas break. They said it just need a couple of hours to do it. I dropped my car again at 7:00 am on 12/28/23. After waiting from 11:10am- 12:40pm, I was told they ordered wrong parts. I don’t know what I can say. I am so disappointed and frustrated. This is their professional work? I don’t believe so. I saw someone had good experience with them. But I didn’t. Anyone knows why? Never recommend this place! !The newest progress is they called a jeep dealership just 5-10min away and get the part. I am wondering why they didn’t do it during my thanksgiving break visit? They just let me wait for one more month instead of to fix their problem. I think the only reason is their time is more expensive than mine.
