Says 24/7 online but the doors were locked at 12pm. Someone was clearly there but did not bother to keep the gas station open as advertised.

Keisha is fantastic! The location of this circle k is not on my way I have to make extra turns to get to it when there are other options without all the extra driving but she is worth it! Customer service is a dying art and she just has a naturally wonderful personality. I hope this company cares about their employees and promotes her. What a positive experience with her. ? ????

Several pumps have been broken for months, they won't stay on for more than a few seconds. Then, after you give up after getting $1 worth of gas over 5 minutes, you have to go inside to get your receipt for the car wash code you wish you didn't purchase. IF SOME PUMPS DON'T WORK EITHER FIX THEM OR BLOCK THEM OFF. DON'T INCONVENIENCE YOUR (NOW FORMER) CUSTOMER FOR MONTHS!

The wipes work so your doors don't freeze and you can still get some of the salt off if it bothers you or you can't see out your windows.

I used to come in the morning but now I come after work. The kid Shane who works there is awesome very friendly and always willing to help. It's nice to finly see a employee here with great customer service.

Generally good prices for fuel in the area, for being on a main corner, in town. There's a woman that is usually working evenings (2nd shift, facial piercings). Her customer service is pretty lackluster, the past few times I've been here. Very DMV "step up, next in line", type attitude. She's always on her phone via Bluetooth and is often outside for a smoke break.I'd agree they seem understaffed. Night shift (2nd, and especially 3rd) are difficult to cover. I'd also agree that some of the repeat customers are characters (not always good).

At every Circle K I use my coupon plus I swipe my loyalty reward card. They always get it wrong here and get mad at me. They're lazy and disrespectful.

Went to buy 2 polar pops. Now I don't expect much from circle k or Dupage suburbs as far as customer service goes. Chicago has better in my experience. I just wanna be charged the right price. This woman working the counter, Cece rang me up for two frosters. I saw the price was 1.79 each and wondered if it was inflation. No, I was charged wrong. I asked her if she could correct it and she said she just got here and didn't wanna correct the price. Try to avoid this location if you can. Circle K overworks their employees, who aren't the best at customer service to begin with.

Great car wash i live in the area I always stop by and get my car clean. Personally it always work just fine, better than others. The machine is Amazing I'm more than satisfied every time i go.

I sometimes stop in here to grab a slurpee while walking back home from picking up groceries at the nearby Jewel, the older black gentleman that often seems to be behind the counter always seems so patient with rude or demanding customers, and he was patient with me while I dug change out of my bag to pay for my slurpee.The woman with the pretty bright red hair also seems quite friendly.It's always the customers that sour my experience here, some of the rudest, neediest, most demanding people seems to shop or get gas here.Most of the other reviews seem to be from some of these frustrating customers.This location is understaffed for how much traffic comes through it, and I feel bad for the staff that have to put up with that.The store certainly could be cleaner, and they never seem to have hot dogs on the rollers, but otherwise this location isn't unpleasant to stop into on my walk. The Slurpees machines are almost always working, unlike other gas stations in the area.That said, I do wish the police would stop hanging around here waiting for underage folks to try and buy alcohol. I don't drink much, but I'm in my thirties, and I've been harassed to show my ID to an officer.I'm almost 31, and I daresay that police should have better things to do than loiter around a Circle K.
