I went here today for a dress, and ended up with 4 dresses and a pair of heels! Everything is so beautiful!! Sheryl and Julie were lovely ladies who made me feel like a princess. Can’t replicate customer service like that.

Wow. There are no words to describe how spectacular this shop is. Cheryl and Margy took care of me the moment I walked through the door and made me feel like one of their own! I had so much fun shopping and browsing all of the amazing selections. This shop is one of a kind with customer service that cannot be topped. Best of the best!

I had a wonderful time shopping for a dress for a wedding. I found a perfect dress plus another fun everyday dress. I was offered personal advice (at my request) and it was invaluable! I had such a fun time shopping here and hope to shop here more in the future!

I love this place. I had been looking for a dress for a wedding and after scouring all the stores in Oakbrook this gem of a store saved me. I had purchased a dress I kinda like at Neiman. I decided to see what Elite had and low and behold I found 2 St.John dresses in pristine condition. I tried them both on and the owner said they fit me perfectly and they did like they were tailored for me. I needed up buying both for $210 total!! Returned the $1200 dress I got at Neiman. I had so many compliments on the dress at the wedding I wore it too. The other dress I'm saving for this summers wedding. My 24 year daughter finds things for work that are like brand new. She loves this place too! The collections of St.John items here is wonderful. The owner and I ended up chatting for over an hour. I happened to be there on-a day this women was trying to steal things. Thanks to all of ridiculous policies going on now it's very hard to stop the retail theft which is a shame. Happens at Oakbrook all the time. The owner was beyond frustrated and rightly fully so.

I wouldnt take my clothing there. Man was very rude and made me feel like my costly dresses were garbage. Too highfalutin for me.
