Single worst bank experience ever. I took an afternoon off work to open a business account. I set up the meeting on the bank website. So far so good. I show up to the bank at the meeting time and a young banker says I need to wait for the manager to open a business account. Also, okay. After waiting 15 minutes, he comes up and asks if I got his managers voice mail canceling the appointment and asking to reschedule. I did not.Apparently the "manager" called me while I was sitting in the lobby waiting to meet with him to cancel. He had hours to cancel but didn't have the decency to let me know before I got there so I could find an alternative competent banker that wants to open new accounts. He also didn't have the respect or professionalism to come out and say he can't keep track of his calender and apologize for wasting my time. He made this poor young guy do it for him. When the young man asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no and left.I've worked with several banks - this one is the worst. If you place any value on your business, time or money look for a more professional bank or at least a better branch. I wouldn't trust these guys to make change for a five dollar bill.

Unable to talk to a person. Auto attendant keeps transferring call with no one answering; not even an operator. You can get the same or cheaper NON-SERVICE from an internet bank. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Went to open an account at this location with Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and efficient. Friendly staff and welcoming location.

There is one banker at this particular location that needs to be honored, his name is Louie Martin. He is very knowledgeable and has helped my mother, Evelyn with her estate, and all the complexities associated with my father and mother's estate. I hired several lawyers and Louie was just as good and more polite. If you live near Westmont off 83rd/Ogden Ave and need a really good banker then ask for Louie Martin. I have had many poor bank experiences and he is among the very finest.
