I don’t usually give a review, but this place blown me away. The customer service is awesome and they made sure I was taken care of. I def recommend this Firestone to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for taken care of what was needed to be taken care of. I’ll be back again!!!

Amazing service and truly one of the nicest service people I have ever met.
I got a flat tire during my biz trip.

I can’t say enough about the great service and job that Manager Rich and his staff did on my vehicle. Rich’s analysis and price quote for brakes replacement was excellent in comparison to his nearby competitors. I highly recommend Firestone of Westmont for your auto service needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Like talking to live people who listen and not pre-recorded tapes? Firestone of Westmont provides great customer service and professional repairs and genuinely nice people to talk to who actually LISTEN to you. They provide hours that accommodate people who work as well. I have used various services that they list and will return!!!

Excellent service. Lloyd worked with my extended warranty provider and kept me informed of covered parts and my bill obligations. Very transparent and upfront. To expedite the repair and warranty processing he sent Elias to pick me up from my house to bring me to the shop so I could take care of the deductible and he provided a ride back home. Elias was very personable and professional. Top notch experience and first rate customer service! Highly recommended. I will definitely be a return customer. If you need auto repairs consider Firestone of Westmont and ask for Lloyd.

Couple months ago I had an amazing experience there getting an oil change. Last weekend went back to get my husband's car's oil changed and the guy at the front desk was pretty rude and told us to go next door. I wasn't very fond of that. It would have had a five-star if I did not experience that man.

I took my car in for an AC refill and fix for an upcoming trip. During my trip, my AC was still broken (it was a 28 hour drive.) Upon arriving at my destination I took my car into another Firestone where I was told that they would not honor their warranty as the Westmont Firestone was not part of the corporate Firestone. (This fact was never made clear to me by the Westmont Firestone.) I was told I could give the non-corporate Westmont Firestone a call for a refund. While on the phone with the Firestone of Westmont they said they would not refund me at all (I paid over $500 for them not to fix my problem) and would not cover any portion of my new bill. I expected better of them and I feel I was mislead by them and the brand. I thought I was paying for the brand's coverage and I was not.
