“Such a welcoming gym. The members and coaches immediately give that family feeling, even to drop ins. The gym itself is also extremely well laid out. Even with a full house, you're not in each other's way, and all of the equipment and supplies are easy to find.”

“Dropped in the last 2 days here and loved it! Coach Scott was wonderful, and provided great individualized attention and coaching to myself and every other athlete. The gym members were so warm and welcoming, it had a great community feel! The programming on Thursday was SO much fun and a terrific change from typical CrossFit programming. I’ll absolutely be back any and every time I’m back in the area and would recommend this gym to anyone!”

“This is a special place! I’ve patronized a number of health clubs, group fitness studios and even personal trainers over the years and none of them stuck. Emily and Ian are warm, professional, supportive, smart and creative. They start as trainers and quickly become friends and partners in your fitness journey. They really know their stuff, they don’t go easy on this 50something woman, and always find ways to work around old injuries or other issues. They have changed me for the better. I love feeling stronger and working harder AND smarter. Worth every penny and then some.”

“I was introduced by my cycling compound and eager to visit. Currently, I am doing virtual training and interactions. Eric is very attentive and knowledgeable on topics and very client friendly. He keeps clients / participants engaged with his tough love / comical antics. I ve worked out online with both Eric & TPThis training is definitely not for the weak but very much for the committed. As a medical professional and health enthusiast for many years, I am very cautious about whom I give my attention or even take guidance. I honestly often critique one's knowledge before engaging. So far, Eric has been spot on. Drop in for a session or follow / join virtually. The team definitely does not disappoint. Very motivational group.”

“This is a convenient and well equipped gym. The cardio room has multiple treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, so it's very unlikely you'll have to wait to use one. The weight room is well stocked and organized. The one draw back to the room is that the area for doing sit-ups, or any other floor work is so small that if one person is using the matts you have to wait or just do your excorsize on the hard floor. Not a big deal and since it is a small gym there isn't much they can do about it but it is something to keep in mind. That said if you don't mind working out on the hard floor there is room to do that. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean and well lit. I work out there a lot and definitely recommend it.”

“Started personal training with Edgar and he’s awesome. It’s hard for me to stay motivated and maintain a gym routine, but one thing he’s great at is trying to find what not only works well but also how to make things fun. I started boxing with him in training and it’s a lot of fun, and it makes it easier for me to stick with it. Overall he’s a very cool dude who is passionate about his job and it shows!”
