Impossible to contact and always late with supplies. No one ever answers in billing or returns calls. Considering they supply medical equipment, the fact that you can't contact them is inethical and they should NOT be referred to by healthcare provider.

At first they were okay. Brought me an old portable home concentrator and some tanks and some tubing. Tech that brought it seemed competent enough and told me my portable oxygen machine would be delivered in about a month. That was six months ago. Every time I call I get the same story about how in demand they are and how short the supply is. Can’t give me an idea of when they might come in. Now they don’t take my calls. They never once called to see if things were going okay or if I needed supplies. Dose anyone knows another company I can switch to???Someone called me the day after I wrote this review and said someone would bring me a portable oxygen concentrator the next day. Joel came the next day and was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the backup tanks. I am very pleased and breathing happy!!!

Linda the manager & Kelly the respiratory tech were awesome! They were super helpful, efficient & organized & got me the supplies I needed. Kelly advised me on the different options & definitely knew what she was talking about. They were both really funny too. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but my experience was very positive & I would definitely return.

i received a new cpap machine, but the water tank felland broke. I talked to Kelly 5 weeksago that said it would besent out right away. after 4 weeks I received a call fromsomeone who wasprocessing the order. Then 2weekslater a received a callto provide payment information as it's not covered by insurance. 2 weeksnow andwhat Ireceived in the mail is for acompletely different model. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunatel, it's the onlySupplier my insurance uses. Maybe this will get themTo return my call andSend theRight order. How can this Be forMedical Supplies?

Absolutely a wonderful company. The Westmont location on Ogden avenue is staffed by absolute pros. Linda was informative, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this business. They really helped me out when nobody else could. Thank you.

Multiple calls, no callbacks! Whether it’s the sleep coach, or ordering supplies.Sent me partial equipment order From an order I placed a month ago, I am still without all the parts I need so that I can use this machine.! How do you find a Source myself. Hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket when they are being paid by my house insurance company to supply me with my needs. 180 promise you a call back from Management, the same day, Anywhere from a week to three weeks have gone by before hearing from them. Looking into changing suppliers ASAP… In the meantime I discovered the equipment, they have Switch me into using, Are out of production so after spending $480 on equipment just so I can use what they sent me I probably won’t be able to use it again

Ordering supplies for relative virtually impossible. Prompt says leave voicemail then nobody calls back. I guess it’s a bother for them to make $$.

This place is incompetent and a danger to public health. They are late in shipping essential CPAP supplies to client and have left me on numerous occasions without a working machine, requesting $50 to overnight the smallest thing. Are they not aware that they are dealing with medical conditions? Lawsuit waiting to happen. Stay away.
