I was a customer for 11 years. Aviv and Tammy are an incredibly helpful couple who will go out of their way to help you.
Even before I moved to the area, when I contacted them by phone, Tammy was incredibly helpful setting up a mailbox for me and my parents.
On day 1 in Westmont, I lost my wallet during the chaos of the move, and Aviv and Tammy went out of their way to help me retrace my steps. They even pulled up security footage so I could check for my wallet both in the store and in the parking lot.
And finally, on the last week of my move out of Illinois, one of the most stressful periods of my life, both Aviv and Tammy went above and beyond. They helped me package some bulky items that wouldn't fit in my car or in the cargo container (this was a joint effort that involved quite a bit of muscle), offered me different options for rentals that in hindsight would have saved me money, and were just there for me with support and reassurance to the very last day.

I always go here to rent my U-Haul trailers. I prefer this place over all because of their friendly service. The owner is very pleasant and very helpful.

The owner personally helped me with a DHL return that I was apprehensive about after a terrible experience at another DHL carrier nearby. He took the time to make sure the return would be in proper order then spent the time to engage in a brief, friendly conversation. This place is an example of how a family run business can be a benefit to the community.

I only needed a fax sent. I was attended to quickly by the kind owner. I'll now start mailing my packages to my college student from his store. Great first experience.

They don’t tell their customers fine prints stuff about the U Hauls. Got charged for iPass fees when there was a iPass in the car and we were not informed the iPass never works for U Hauls.
