While taking your car for service to this particular service center, please pay special attention to any unintentional scratches or cracks in the bodywork of your car (check for scratches or possible damage to your car) as the Managers do not feel responsible for consequences resulting from either unprofessional or careless service.

I scheduled an oil change for a Thursday afternoon. I arrived a few minutes early and pulled into the garage. I wasn’t sure how to proceed as there were a number of cars and everyone was occupied. After some time waiting, I went to actively get things moving. They took my details and asked me to wait with a time frame of 1:15-1:30 hours with wash. They reported ALL the issues, because you can’t leave the dealership without them telling you you’ve got a bunch wrong and provide options for you to part with more money. What raised eyebrows was that among the items they proposed, they claimed my rear breaks needed to be replaced. I had just replaced them 4 months earlier. Sad to say that I’d return for basic KNOWN issues but am uncomfortable with trusting their guidance otherwise. They did finish within the promised time and the wait in the facility was easy and comfortable.
