They had what I needed, but the fee...yikes! I won't use them again. I feel gouged. You want me to say it again. The fee was too much.

They were decent. Needed to renew my registration. Went in and waited in line for probably 10 maybe 15 minutes. Got to the window, girl helped me nicely. My only gripe was the charge which was about $183 cuz I was late and yes I know that's not up to them but still it hurts! Other than that it was a good experience.

The car is good so far but they have very little interest in taking care of the little things after you drive home. We bought 2 new cars from them in April 2023. The price was fair and honest. The salesman was kind and knowledgeable. But I have a few issues. 1- the title to the trade in became my problem - after they took my old car and title they returned the title to me so that it could be changed to be in my name alone. I did it but it took three trips to the DMV, $300, and manynphone calls to the state to get the sales tax receipt. Shouldn't they have done that for me? I am 60 years old and never had to do that in my own before - 2- I was under the impression that my wife and I were getting the same car. When my wife picked hers up a few weeks later - she wanted white - it didn't have the same phone charger cradle that mine had / their response: you can buy one for $500. This was an underwhelming response to say the least. 3- the Acura link allows u to start the car from your cell phone - it works great with my car but with my wife's it just doesn't work. Customer service is there to help but they are often rude and uninterested in helping. A week later and it still doesn't work. I gave them a week before I wrote this bc I wanted to see if they would come through. A lot of emails but it's all platitudes. Acura link still doesn't work And my wife still doesn't have a nice phone charger. I'd say the purchase process is very good and money wise they do a good job snd want your business. They just need to take a class on how to be better than the rest. They are not.

They are straight up morons, stay clear from this currency exchange. It's a dying business, always a hassle. Changed to another, no problem.

They helped me with notarize documents and filing for replacement car title documents. Extremely competent, professional, staff. Reasonable fees. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had to get a title transferred on a Vehicle we purchased and since the DMV is closed, wasn't sure where to go. Luckily I found out you can do it at the currency exchange. The woman that was working there this morning was so helpful, and polite and friendly! The process was completely painless and I was actually thankful the DMV was closed because I have a feeling the experience would not have been as pleasant. I'm sorry I didn't get the employees name, but we owe her a BIG thank you for helping out. I was nervous with all the COVID closures, transferring the title would be a headache, but it was a breeze.

This currency exchange could not be LESS helpful. The workers are rude, and apparently have no idea how to do even the most basic things. Seems like the only thing they like to do and know how to do, is cash people's checks and charge fees.

If your money order gets lost in the mail, and since the USPS is abysmal right now, there is a high chance that will occur, this currency exchange will not return your money for 90 days. They claim their process is better than a cash: How is this better than cash?! I can give my landlord the cash, get a receipt, and I don't have to worry about the currency exchange having my money for 90 days. RIPOFF!

These people were very helpful with my husband trying to wire money overseas. They gave him intelligent advice. We appreciated their insight.
