Misusing trust. Transmission oil changed at 23K miles. Very nice. This is for the one service advisor who advised on this service. Rest of the times the experience has been impeccable. I guess that trust is what was misused.

This was my first time with Napleton Westomt Porsche and their service department, however I have had my car serviced in several other states that I lived in prior. Drew, my service agent, was able to provide excellent diagnostic information and estimates to help me make the right decisions on a classic car. He was flexible nd timely throughout the process. I couldn't ask for a better service advisor. Ron Channell went above and beyond anything I could reasonably expect, acted quickly and efficiently and kept me well informed every step of the way. His professionalism and expertise made the experience a good one.

Had to replace my PCM on my 911. The part was ordered from Germany took over a month to get. Brian my service advisor made a difficult situation bearable with great customer service. The folks at Napleton Porsche were terrific.
