Ever since they bought Oxford they have been getting worst and worst. Saturday before Christmas on the busiest day before the holiday they decide to close the bank. They didn't open for even 3 hrs. Terrible, I will be closing my account and go where they want me.

I will be moving all of my accounts from this bank as soon as I can. You can never get help on the phone, you have to chat on line. Every time I try to use the ATM I have to call, full out a form to change the amount I can take out. The system keeps churning out to zero. EVERY OTHER WEEK!! If I use mobile banking they hold circles for days. There are very few branches and the fees!! Holy christopher!! Outrageous!! Do not use this CU.

Deposited a check through the app and now it’s on hold. I went inside to ask for help and apparently I should’ve been aware that there’s a two day minimum wait and that’s it’s just to make sure there’s no fraud. The system is just outdated and useless.

Very Deceptive. Joined for an auto loan and website states a decent rate... was 4.75% but now 5.3%They gave me a loan at 7.5% for a 750 credit score, claiming Transunion scores range up to 900, which I have never heard of for a car loan. I will not be a customer.

Oxford has been my local bank for many many years. I really appreciate the smaller bank experience. Th employees know your name, your wife’s name and your kids names. Whenever anything comes up, everyone at Oxford makes an effort to help and solve the issue. I appreciate that greatly in this day and age. Great job and keep It up.
