I love potbelly but how did I receive a cold sandwich? Why is it luke warm on the outside and the inside is cold. If the sandwich is throw into a conveyer belt opened to get warmed up how is the cheese still slices and not melted. I hateeeee ordering delivery but my car broke down and I had no choice.

I love Potbelly! Usually go to the Melrose Park/Northlake, Oakbrook or Elmhurst locations.. Never tried this one but I went here Thursday night to pick up dinner and the manager there at the time was very rude and condescending. They seemed to have been under the influence of something.. Not a good look for first impressions.........

Usually I don't make reviews but after last week I had to make one about this location. One of the workers they're short guy with glasses was very disrespectful. I was dining in and he went out to smoke and came back in smelling weed and it was very disturbing. the food was alright the guy was coughing around the food and wasn't wearing an apron once they came back in which was very unsanitary.

Horrible! Wrong drinks delivered, bread was BURNT and asked for DOUBLE meat and received a teaspoon glob.

employee claims dining room and inside ordering is closed, would not let us order despite the line of people they were actually taking orders for. also they said the dining room was closed and we weren't allowed to eat in, yet there was groups of people eating in the dinning room already.

I love Potbelly’s in general, but this location continuously gets it wrong. I ordered through the app, picked up at the drive through, got home and found my veggie melt is full of salami & bacon. I’m a vegetarian so it’ll be tossed. This has happened on a few occasions at this location.

Great to have a Potbelly with a drive thru!The food is good. I love having their Italian sandwich on White bread, tomatoes, mayo, onions, and Italian seasoning. This location is perfect and sometimes gets my order correct!

Ordered through door dash which ain't cheap. My mac n cheese looked and tasted like it was yesterday's scraped from the bottom of the barrel. My sandwich was fine.

Please train your employees and managers to stop being rude. This location is full of attitude, you place an order and you get " is that all" after every item you order. If you cancel something out, they get mad... what the heck?! If this is a corporate store upper management needs to get involved. We come here 3x a month and don't appreciate the rudeness.

Excellent sub sandwiches. I always love their Italian with Mayo, Tomatoes, Onions, and Italian seasoning. I love their BBQ chips too.

I placed and online order in the app. I choose no toppings or cheese. My sandwich was loaded with cheese. I couldn't turn around and go back as we were already driving . I am lactose intoleran. Having cheese is very bad. Both sandwiches were loaded with cheese. Why can't food be prepared correctly? Please read an order as it should be. And by all means clean a knife off. This location in Vestment use to be good. Never again. I am so sick right now just from one bite of sandwich loaded with cheese.

I honestly never had a bad experience at Potbelly. They are always on point but finding a BIG bug (alive!!) in your food ain’t it. More than half way down I see it, unfortunately. I understand as a food environment they have to be extra careful and I don’t think this happen. I hope they can make a change and I don’t know if I’m able to be a customer anytime soon. (Yes, a customer care call is been made)
