So impressed. I went for a free quote for some scratches on my car. Was told to come in and that they probably could buff it out and not need a paint job. The scratches were able to be buffed out and I wasn't charged (I would of gladly paid). Speaks so much to the integrity and honesty of this business!

Totally unprofessional. They accepted the car for next day work with all details given upfront and then after multiple calls said they can’t fix it and just for painting for one part will take one week … waist of time

We recently visited Remes for body work on our GMC Yukon. We had a great experience! We compared three local body shops and Remes gave us the best quote and timeline. They also assisted with the rental car experience. The car looks great! We highly recommend!!!

I was happy with the quality of work, and the pricing was reasonable, but communication was non-existent. I had a repair that should've been done within a week of my initial consultation, but it stretched to two months because they failed multiple times to provide updates about the status of ordering the panel that I needed. There was just no way I was getting information unless I took the initiative to call them about it. I'm definitely going somewhere else next time.

Very good work, excellent communication via both TXT and response to my phone calls, fit us in quickly, and was able to get hard to find car parts quickly.

Chuck was very professional and attentive to our needs and concerns, as were his technicians. He and his staff went above and beyond to overcome the challenges of back ordered parts and did everything he could to get our vehicle back in time for our planned travels. The repairs completed were flawless and the car drives as good as it ever did. I highly recommend Remes Auto Body as they will always be my go to!!

I am so happy with the service I received! I don't trust mechanics or auto body professionals (car dealerships were useless). From past experience, they either overcharge or are not helpful at all. Remes was professional from the front desk to the back (auto workers). They did what was promised; they even fixed a minor problem that I didn't mention. If you are looking for great customer service, Remes is the place.One extra nice touch is the candy they offer,good quality stuff like their service. I will always go back!
